The purpose of the merger of colleges and universities are breaking the original single-disciplinary situation, strengthening the integration between disciplines,improving comprehensive quality of university students,and then to unify the comprehensive disciplinary system with the comprehensive quality.Under this background,college students' comprehensive quality really has a certain degree of improvement,however,at present comprehensive quality of college students still exist some shortcomings,making the chain of from the comprehensive disciplinary system to the comprehensive quality was broken,just to stay at multidisciplinary level.These questions should be carefully considered.Therefore,the research deep reflected the comprehensive quality of college students' situation and cause under current multidisciplinary background,by taking the case study,literature research and theoretical research method.Under multi-disciplinary background,effective reform measures were proposed for the current the shortcomings of college students' comprehensive quality,and the achieving unification from the comprehensive disciplinary system to the comprehensive quality.It has greater theoretical significance to enrich and deepen the study of comprehensive quality of college students,simultaneously has stronger practical significance to promote the cultivate reform of comprehensive quality of college students and to enhance quality of personnel training.Under the multi-disciplinary background,through study found that comprehensive quality of college students have some problems,including narrowed field of vision,less rational ways of thinking,weakening of the humanistic spirit,loss of humanistic quality,narrowed range of knowledge,irrational knowledge structure,lacking sense of innovation,less creative ability.Awareness of a single discipline thinking habits,the concept of misunderstanding,the institution of barriers and action of drawbacks on comprehensive quality cultivated is the root causes of these problems.Based on analysis of training of comprehensive quality of Harvard University,the can extract some regularities from the comprehensive discipline system to the comprehensive quality. The study think,only focus on multidisciplinary of awareness, rationality of concept,flexibility of system,diversity of action in order to improve the comprehensive quality of university students and get rid of the dilemma of cut between comprehensive discipline system and comprehensive quality of college students.
