Lead-in is the first most basic link for classroom teaching and teachers can make the students ready to learn new knowledge. While taking less time, it can highlight the teaching process. Because of the lead-in link, the students will have clear goals and tasks of teaching activities so that they can expect to learn new knowledge, and the efficiency of classroom teaching can be improved. Therefore, if in the first three to five minutes, with a proper lead-in, the students' existing knowledge reserve is the best trigger action and the students can quickly concentrate on acquired knowledge of English in the equal exchange to accept the new points in the relaxing and happy situation. The author has found there are some unsatisfactory problems which have much serious negative influence on the quality of actual teaching of junior middle school English classroom teaching lead-in links. In order to improve the quality of junior middle school English classroom teaching, the teachers need to study and analyse the existence of these problems carefully and find out the root causes of them to propose counter measures to deal with. So, it deserves teachers to further study the effective strategies which are based on students' personality, characteristics, especially on students' development as the main body to promote the formation and development of English subject literacy. Thus, this paper intends to focus on lead-in in the junior middle school English teaching through the teaching experiment of the following questions:1. How is lead-in in junior middle school English classroom teaching situation?2. What is the impact of effective junior middle school English classroom lead-in?3. How to improve the effectiveness of junior middle school English classroom lead-in?This paper focuses on teachers and students in No.2 Middle School Attached to Shandong University as the object of observation. Our major concern is the lead-in link in English classroom teaching. Through experimental research, the author found that the lead-in is not only one of the important links in junior middle school English classroom teaching, but also an art of teaching. Through this research, it is more clear that the junior middle school English teachers must fully grasp the familiar textbook to improve classroom lead-in link design and teaching effect according to the actual situation of their own quality of the teachers and students in the process of preparation so that it can improve students' knowledge learning initiative and enthusiasm. During the writing process, the author summarized the effectiveness of the practical lead-in strategies which put forward appropriate suggestions on English teaching. I found that there are still many problems worth further discussing and this is the direction of future research and teaching to practice in the process of the power, I need to continue to focus on the content of the intensive study and discussion.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is introduction on research problems and research significance to expound in this paper, including the research topics and the effective implementation of the strategies from the research background. Chapter 2 is literature review for junior middle school English classroom. This chapter mainly elaborates the effective lead-in literature research. The third chapter is the research methodology. It mainly concerns on how to make English classroom effectiveness research through the effective analysis of present situation investigation. The fourth chapter is the results and discussion of the experiment. According to the reality of the classroom observation, it focuses on the analysis of the lead-in method and the use of the teaching examples. The fifth chapter is conclusion. It puts forward suggestions and prospects according to analysis of the findings and the limitations of the existing problems and their research about lead-in links through the first four chapters.
