Investigate PanMao Yuan's Private Higher Education Ideology

Nowdays,private higher education in our country has changed from rapidly development stage to connotative development stage,in which private higher education should make full use of various resources to challenge more and more new demands. PanMao yuan's private higher education ideology not only the summary of experiences in past time,but also a theoretical foundation for the future of private higher education.Therefore, investigating PanMao yuan's cognition of private higher education ideology both has great theoretical significance and practice guidance.This research includes four parts.The first part is time background of PanMao yuan's private higher education ideology.The aim is to introduce the background,which is made up of domestic backgroud,foreign background and research experiences.It can foreshadow sequential studies.The second part is theoretical sources of PanMao yuan's private higher education ideology,including Education law of the internal and external relations,human capital theory and division theory of educational cost.Prof Pan derived domestic and international ideological essence,widely used in the development of China's private higher education development.The third part is main thought of PanMao yuan's ]private higher education ideology.It's the nuclear point of this study.I expound it from two perspectives.The first section of this part ponders his view in the point of view of developmental stage.The second part is classify his main ideas clearly,including property research,,evaluation research,study on sustainable development and independent college study,from which,reader can grasp the overall thoughts.The fourth part is practical guidance for current private higher education,Prof Pan breakthe traditional recognition on the importance of private higher education ideology,then,he offered critical advices to the institution of private higher education,furthermore,he provides theoretical guidance to Chinese universities.In the end,he provide a new perspective to private higher education in the future.
