Research On Financial Support Policy Of Private Higher Education In China

Nowadays,Chinese private higher education has become an important part of the Chinese higher education system instead of acting as the role that makes good omissions and deficiencies.The developing models of most private colleges and universities in China are running the school to raise the school and rolling developing,which means they mainly depend on taking charges to guarantee their operations.This operating model which highly depends on tuition causes some potential risks to running schools,for example,the decrease in the number of students,the lack of professors and the decline of the education quality.All of these risks can directly influence the normal work and sustainable development of these private colleges and universities.Solving the financial problems is essential to the private colleges and universities develop sustainably.Moreover,the financial support of the government is the most direct way solve the financial problems of these private colleges and universities.The process of government's financial support to private colleges and universities is gradually from the armchair strategy to reality,and advancing this process is hard and torturous.The reasons why it is hard are involved in the predicament of charging ideas and how to guarantee the financial regulations and so on.This thesis makes deep analyses to the financial support system of the private colleges and universities in China through using the combination of theoretical research and statistical analyses.The thesis researches on the structure of sources and expenditure of sources and expenditure of funds for private higher education in China and on how the students of these private schools of these private schools get the financial support.On this basis,the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from optimizing the external environment of financial support and improving the use of internal financial funds,so as to promote the sustainable development of private higher education in China.
