Research On Spatial And Temporal Evolution Of Urbanization And Optimization Strategy In Ji'nan

In twenty-first Century, with the rapid development of urbanization in China, the research of urbanization has become more and more important.This paper takes the development of urbanization in Ji'nan city as an example of 1990-2013. In order to guide the healthy development of urbanization in Ji'nan city, using urban land use theory, growth pole theory and population migration theory,etc. the research ideas is "time evolution process—space evolution characteristics — existing problems — optimization strategy", using the method of entropy, variance weighting method and linear weighted method and principle, to analyze the evolution of urbanization in Ji'nan city from time and space. Combined the qualitative and quantitative, time and space. In the last summarize the factors that affect the development of urbanization and try to put forward the optimization strategy of urbanization development in Ji'nan.In the process of the evolution of urbanization in Ji'nan City, through the establishment of a comprehensive index system of urbanization level measurement, using the method of entropy, estimates the urbanization level of Jinan's 1990 to 2013 and analysis the time evolution from four aspects of population, economy, land and social. The results are as follows.,(1)the level of urbanization development in Jinan's 1990 to 2013 was always increasing.(2)According to the different rate of urbanization, the urbanization development process of Jinan city is divided into three stages: the slow rising phase(1990 to 1999), the fast rising phase(1999 to 2007) and the phase of the fluctuation(2007 to 2013).(3)The contribution rate to the level of urbanization of the four subsystems is analyzed quantitatively, and the economic factors to urbanization are the highest, the social and population factors are the lowest. The scale of non agricultural population, the secondary and tertiary industry employment population, this two factors scored the highest and the change is relatively flat,but proportion of non-agricultural population size is rising amplitude and the contribution rate in the population urbanization subsystem is more and more high; The proportion of non-agricultural industries in the economic urbanization subsystem scored the highest and the largest increase in the proportion of subsystem, so that contribution rate in the economic urbanization subsystem is more and more high; In the land urbanization subsystem, the comprehensive score of built-up area is the highest, and the growth of the built-up area is relatively slow in 1990 to 2002, and the 2003 to 2013 has maintained a rapid growth rate.In the social system of urbanization, the highest score is per capita electricity consumption and contribution rate is highest.In the study of spatial evolution of the sample in 3 counties, 1 districts and 6 counties of Ji'nan City, the data were selected from 1990, 1998, 2006 and 2013. The paper establish the evaluation index system and use the mean variance weighting method and linear weighted sum method, analysis the difference of the level of urbanization in Ji'nan City. The results are as follows.(1)The high level of urbanization is mainly concentrated in the center of Ji'nan city, and the comprehensive level of urbanization is relatively backward far away from the central city of the region.(2)The urbanization development level differences in Jinan city mainly in the economy and the lives of the residents, the population and employment aspects.Score was higher in Zhangqiu City, Licheng District and Lixia District of economic factors;Lixia District and Zhangqiu City accounted for a higher proportion of urban construction and social development; Lixia District and Zhangqiu City scored higher in the social development; Pingyin County, Shanghe and Jiyang County is among the three lowest in the residents living elements; Lixia District,Shizhong District, Huaiyin District and Tianqiao District scores are at the forefront in the population and employment factors. Based on the above research, we divided the Jinan's 10 counties(cities) into three levels according to their urbanization level, and found that the development of regional urbanization rate and levels is different, the first grade of the urbanization is much higher than the average level of the city.In order to solve the problems occurred in the process of urbanization development, the paper tries to put forward countermeasures to optimize the development of urbanization in Jinan,which mainly from two point of view, "In time to promote urbanization in the healthy and effective direction of development" and "space to narrow the regional differences".we need to realize the necessity of the existence of the gap, from the "bottom-up" and "up-bottom" two aspects of targeted countermeasures. The factor analysis of the evolution of urbanization is not very thorough, and the index system and method are not mature, so it is necessary to improve the research in the future.
