How to alleviate poverty effectively is a worldwide problem.Compared with urban poverty, rural poverty involves a wider population, more factors, and more complicated problems. Therefore, the problem of rural poverty has also received widespread attention from scholars.By the end of 2016,there are still 43.35 million rural poor people in China. How to speed up solving with alleviating poverty for the rural poor is the top priority for building a well-off society in an all-round way.To this endhis article from the perspective of time and space to the Chinese provincial rural poverty population distribution of space-time evolution characteristics analyzed, and the influence factors of China's provincial rural poverty population distribution has carried on the comprehensive quantitative analysis, clear China's rural poverty population distribution space evolution rule and influence factors, and based on this puts forward advises and countermeasures of rural poverty population out of poverty,in order to work for various areas out of poverty and strategic decision to provide theoretical guidance and practical decision-making reference. In this paper, the integrated use of coefficient of variation, exploratory spatial analysis method(ESDA)and shift track model are analyzed from the points of view of multiple spatial and temporal evolution of China's rural poverty population distribution,USES spatial econometric model to analyze the influence factors of China's provincial rural poverty population distribution, and based on the results of the analysis of China's rural poverty population out of poverty work put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions. The research conclusions are as follows:1.according to the change characteristics of the time series of China's rural poor population, the change trend of the total scale of the rural poor population in China from 2010 to 2016 is consistent with the change trend of the incidence of rural poverty, showing a steady decline. From the time series change characteristics of China's provincial rural poor population, the overall scale of China's rural poor population and the incidence of rural poverty in 2010-2016 showed a downward trend, the absolute difference between provinces and regions showed a decreasing trend, and the relative difference showed an increasing trend of fluctuation.2.from the evolution characteristics of the spatial differentiation pattern ofChina's rural poor population distribution, five types of rural poor population distribution in the east-west direction show the characteristic of east-west gradient evolution from low value to high value, and generally present a significant east-west gradient differentiation pattern. In detail, during the research period, the number of poverty-stricken areas continued to increase, and the provinces in this type of area continued to show themselves in the eastern coastal areas of China, with a tendency of gradual expansion from point distribution to zonal distribution in space. The mild poverty areas are mainly distributed in coastal areas and northeast China, and they are spatially striped. The moderate poverty area is mainly distributed in the central part of China, and is scattered in space.Severe and severe poverty areas are mainly distributed in the central and western regions of China.During the research period, the distribution pattern of rural poor in the five provinces in the upper and middle reaches of the Yellow River(qinghai, ningxia, gansu, shaanxi and shanxi)and the three provinces in the southwest border(yunnan, guizhou and guangxi)was basically unchanged, and the progress of poverty reduction was relatively slow.3.from China's rural poverty population distribution features of space agglomeration,2010-2016 China's provincial rural poverty population distribution showed significant spatial auto-correlation characteristics,High-High type areas in China is mainly distributed in the west and southwest,Low-Low type areas are mainly distributed in the eastern coastal areas in China, distribution range is widened,Low-High facility during the study period to show itself. The focus of China's rural poverty population distribution from the moving trajectory of space characteristics,2010-2016 China rural poverty population spatial distribution of the center of gravity of the moving trajectory located 105°21'25”E~105°50'36”E,34°26'32”N~34°49'59”N between approximate square area, show that in 2010-2016 China's rural poverty population spatial distribution changes in the centre of intense. From the distribution of center of gravity points, the spatial distribution of China's rural poor population in 2010-2016 was mainly distributed in the border zone between gansu province and shaanxi province in northwest China, and there was a trend of transfer and evolution from the border zone of shaanxi province to the western region of gansu province and then to the northwestern region of gansu province.4.from the factors influencing the distribution of rural poor population in China, the incidence of rural poverty is positively correlated in different years, showing a significant agglomeration of the same kind.Detailed study, the period of time, thedirect economic loss of natural disasters, urban and rural residents per capital consumption ratio, fixed assets investment and per capital average per ten thousand people this specialized subject in the school student number four explanatory variables, such as the rural poor incidence have significant positive influence, the per capita GDP,the first industrial labor intensity and the tertiary industry labor intensity and so on three variables on rural poverty incidence have significant negative effects.
