| Land is the material basis of human society and economic development. It is the carrying space of the urbanization process and plays a regulatory role in the rational allocation of resources. While the population is urbanized, the land is also undergoing an urbanization. This paper takes Linchuan District of Fuzhou City,Jiangxi Province as the research object.Based on the land use change survey data and socio-economic data from2005 to 2016,we first use the concept, connotation, measurement method and driving force mechanism of land urbanization as the entry point. The regression model preliminarily analyzes the influencing factors of land urbanization in Linchuan District.Using GIS technology,on the basis of analyzing the quantitative scale and spatial characteristics, this paper discusses the current characteristics and spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of land urbanization and population urbanization in Linchuan District, and uses the global Moran index and the Lorenz curve analyze the aggregation characteristics, concentration and balance of the two;quantify the coordination relationship between land urbanization and population urbanization through the dispersion coefficient, and measure the township scale within the county. The coordination degree between urbanization and population urbanization is analyzed. The Pearson correlation coefficient and Grange causality test method are used to test the co-integration and causality between the two,and according to the history of population urbanization and land urbanization.Data build function model to explore the quantitative relationship between the two.In response to the corresponding problems, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects:optimizing land resource allocation, coordinating scientific planning and improving natural resource management system,in order to formulate scientific and rational land space planning and governance, new urbanization and urban-rural integration development. The new era of natural resource asset management decision-making provides scientific guidance and reference basis. The research results are as follows:(1)In 2005-2016,the scale of urban and rural construction land in Linchuan District was expanded by 4655.83 hm~2,and the ratio of urban and industrial land to urban and rural construction land area continued to increase. The land urbanization level increased by9.36%in 11 years, and the land use efficiency in Linchuan District Both the output and the average output are moving towards a more efficient trend. In the past 11 years, the population urbanization level has increased by 13.86%,with an average annual growth rate of 1.26%.In the context of total population growth, the proportion of urban population continues to grow, and the proportion of rural population is slowly declining.(2)The expansion of urban and rural construction land is mainly based on the occupation of cultivated land and forest land. The landscape index proves that with the expansion of urban and rural construction land, the fragmentation of cultivated land and forest land is intensified. The horizontal spatial difference of land urbanization is significant. There is positive spatial autocorrelation at the township level, and the spatial distribution is not balanced, showing obvious characteristics of intermediate high and low surrounding. The characteristics of urban industrial and mining land expansion are mainly centered on the main urban area and expand to the surrounding area.As the core of the social and economic development of Linchuan District, the expansion of the main urban area,Chonggang Town and Shangdundu Town is large, and other towns and towns also have Different degrees of expansion, but the total amount is small. The distribution of urban industrial and mining land is moving in a more concentrated direction.(3)In 2005-2016,the urban population continued to grow, the population urbanization level showed an overall upward trend, and the population spatialization level was significantly different. There was positive spatial autocorrelation at the township level, and the spatial distribution was uneven, showing the distance from the main The faster the urbanization level of townships and towns near the urban area is improved.Traffic, education, medical care, and communication facilities with relatively complete facilities have more employment opportunities and better living conditions,so they can quickly attract more people to settle down. The distribution of urban population is moving in a balanced direction, mainly due to the concentration of the town of Dundu and Chonggang Town.(4)The study of causality proves that there is a one-way causal relationship from population urbanization to land urbanization, that is,population urbanization promotes land urbanization, land urbanization is driven by the demand of population urbanization, and urbanization of population The choice of space plays an important role in agglomeration and hosting.Taking the population urbanization level as the independent variable and the land urbanization level as the function model constructed by the dependent variable, when the population urbanization level increases by 1%,the land urbanization level will increase by 0.7%.(5)In 2005-2016,the coefficient of dispersion between land urbanization and population urbanization was 0.194,which was a coordinated development. The overall performance of population urbanization was faster than land urbanization.Among them, most towns and towns belong to the population urbanization faster than the urbanization of the land, and the towns and towns far from the core areas of the town are particularly obvious.Due to the relatively backward economy, the development of land resources is relatively backward, and the urbanization of land is faster than the urbanization of the population. There are two reasons for townships. One is because the local economy is relatively backward, the population aggregation effect is not strong, and there are more outflows. The land occupation is still going on,so that the urban industrial and mining land is still increasing in the case of population decline; This is due to the economic and industrial effects, leading to the large-scale construction of infrastructure and industrial plants, and the conversion of a large number of plots into industrial land. With the development of social and economic development in Linchuan District and the continuous improvement of infrastructure, the overall coordination tends to be optimized, but the urbanization of population is still faster than urbanization of land. |
