Along with the deepening of the globalization process, the number of communication and integration between different cultures and different people is increasing. Cross-cultural communication gradually has become a part of the people's daily life, and the cultivation of cross-cultural communicative competence has become the important content of the basic education. English Curriculum Standards of Compulsory Education(2011) emphasized that cross-cultural communication ability is the final objective. But on account of the expression is mainly from the perspective of course objective, intercultural communicative competence goals in practical teaching still need to be refined to help the target implementation. Based on this, this article combines on the basis of predecessors' research and practice, and identifies it as the subject that elaborated the goal of intercultural communicative competence in junior middle school, which is divided into the following sections:Chapter one: Firstly, I analyze the concept of culture, communication and intercultural communicative, on the basis of which, I conclude that cross-cultural communication ability mainly divided into two levels, knowledge level and attitude emotional level. Then, the knowledge level includes the content of mastery and application. Broadly speaking,knowledge is the skill when it reaches the application level, which is a kind of procedural knowledge. The attitude emotional level includes cross-cultural awareness and consciousness of cultural understanding. Because the formation of students' cross-cultural communicative competence cannot leave a positive attitude in the cross-cultural communication, namely, the intercultural awareness and consciousness of cultural understanding.Chapter two: This part mainly introduces the theory foundation and the basis of the research, that is the communicative competence theory, the New Bloom's Taxonomy of Cognitive Objective theory, and the course objective of Cultural Awareness in the English Curriculum Standards of Compulsory Education(2011),and analyzes the reason of the selection or characteristic, respectively.Chapter three: According to Bloom's view of ability, if the knowledge can be applied, it will become a kind of ability, I confirm that this article will analysis two aspects: knowledge level and attitude/emotion level, and set the content and master level of English cross-cultural communication ability in junior middle school, further establish the goals of English cross-cultural communication in junior middle school knowledge target analysis table and the emotional target analysis table.Chapter four: Taking the English textbook for Compulsory education--Go For It(2012) as an example, I analyze the cross-cultural communication content of the textbook which is included five volumes from grade seven to grade nine. Then according to the goals of English intercultural communicative competence,combining with the students analysis in junior middle school,I refine out the teaching goals of the intercultural communication ability in all grades of the junior middle stage.
