Exploratory Research On Business Fitness Club Staff’s Customer Need Knowledge (CNK)

As one of the representative of the sports industry,the business fitness club now become competitors to compete in the industry,as a result the increasingly fierce competition between the fitness clubs.The staff’s customer need knowledge(CNK)refers to the staff can accurately recognize and identify a given customer demand at all levels.That has been wide attention and research in other areas,but research rarely seen in the fitness industry.Fitness club staff as the main body of economic benefits to create club,study business fitness club staff’s CNK is urgent important.This study with every level of Shanxi business fitness club staff as the object of empirical investigation,adopting scientific research methods,such as documentation,Delphi method,qualitative research method,and so on.The software used to do factor analysis,descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,one-way analysis of variance and independent-sample test on organization influencefactors of social sports instructor’s involvement is spss17.0 and IBM SPSS AMOS 20.Through the survey of business fitness club staff,in order to further improve fitness club service quality put forward Suggestions for reference.The studies have shown that business fitness club staff’s CNK can be summarized as five dimensions--Interpersonal interactions required by customers,the customer’s spending power,customer consumption motivation and expectation,customers demand for club infrastructure conditions,economic constraints on customer’s needs.The five dimensions can well reflect the business fitness club staff knowledge connotation and composition of customer requirements,and the five dimensions and cross each other and influence each other,and jointly promote the development of the CNK employees.Different profit-making fitness club staff presents different CNK characteristics,in the dimensions of the CNK of employees there is a difference.Through descriptive statistical analysis business fitness club staff access to the CNK ways mainly have three categories,namely learned from experienced staff,the club organization learning and training,long-term working experience,etc.
