Studies Of Love View And Education Of Engineering Major Male College Students

With the development of social civilization, Women get more and more people's attention. The female college students as the elite group get more attention from society. In recent years, the study of women's marriage have increased more quickly as mushroomed, but the study about men's marriage psychological is more lest, almost zero. Many abnormal love happened in recent years have proved that men's love view plays an vital role in love and future marriage life, their love view is a key factor for a happy marriage. What love view they have, how to go on, choose among the study, love, family and undertaking to men even to the whole society have important meanings. So the study of men's love who has a major responsibility to family is can't be ignored, especially the study of male college students'love view should be agenda for the day.This study investigates male college students' love view by questionnaire, and Interview method. This study is on engineering major male college students who are now at Northeastern university. It is divided into seven angles:love motive, the standards of choosing spouse, love attitude and way, love emotional pursuit, the relations of love and study, lovers' relations and roles, chastity view. Through the analysis of the overall view, and the comparative analysis on different gender,different discipline specialty, source of students and the family structure to reveal the Engineering major male college students' characteristic in the love view. Summarize the reasons of the love view from the three respects and it reflects that:society, university and male college students themselves. Engineering major male college students have Protection and responsibility awareness to their lovers during the love process and they are also influenced by the traditional stereotype. The male college students, colleges and universities and the whole society should pay attention to it. In order to give the students good love view education, universities should strengthen the college students' love of education, get the love education into class and mobilize the forces of the whole society, encourage students to establish correct love view. The last, engineering major male college students should broaden their thinking, both male students and female students can become more excellent though receive the education, encourage themselves to give up the wrong thinking:male superiority to female. Play their role in the process of love, and correct their attitude towards love.
