Status Of High Level Training Base Development Strategy And Research

The high level sports training base is the product of the development of our country’s competitive sports. On the basis of existing national system, it plays an important role as an important carrier of the development of China’s sports industry. As the birthplace of Chinese sports, The National Sports Training Center, has a glorious history,known as the "holy land" of China’s competitive sports, the Chinese Olympic Legion’s home and the world champion’s "cradle". It takes ten items of 13 Olympic sports teams’ daily training and training tasks before sports event. However, China’s training base has a certain gap with developed sports country in scientific research level, supporting integrated services or training base equipment, management, security and other aspects. Hardware facilities, scientific research, education,medical, food and lodging and other aspects are still under developing and research period.This paper comprehensively uses the literature data method,interview method, case analysis method, field survey method, combined with the theory of sports science, management science, architectural planning and other aspects of the theory to analyze the problems and contradictions and to put forward the corresponding countermeasures in planning, construction, management, logistics, funding sources,information systems aspects of the most representative training Bureau of the whole sports system. Here are the conclusions:First, on the basis of the existing national system, the high level sports training base plays an important role in the development of competitive sports. The National training center, as the high level sports training base directly governed by the Sports General Administration, is the first generation of the National Training base that has created most champions, taking on the task of preparing for the Olympic Games, meet the national team’s daily life and training, and other multiple tasks. It plays very significant position in China.Second, the duty of the National Training Center determines itsposition as a national high level sports training base. The National Sports Training Center not only provides training ground for the national team, but also provides education and training, scientific research services for the national team athletes, which has overall, purpose,relevance and openness characteristics. It is currently the highest level of competitive sports training base.Third, there are some problems in the development of high level sports training base in China. The main problems are: both the layout and construction period of the layout, layout planning, and functional design is too long; the construction process is complex; the operation management system is backward; the management system is not standardized;the security management mechanism deficient, the logistics support has contradictions; the single use of funds is not good, the internal and external information communication is not smooth.Fourth, the development of high level sports training base in China is facing a new situation, which requires the improvement of management and development. The development of high level sports training base needs to change the way of development, to realize scientific development, and to fully consider and meet the tasks of the future development of competitive sports in China.Fifth, the development of high level sports training base in China needs to be developed from a strategic level to meet the needs of China’s competitive sports future development strategy. We have to improve the relevant policies and regulations, scientific and rational planning of high level training base facilities, the logistics service level, and the scientific level of development of facilities management, and use funds from multiple sources to develop high level sports training base in China.Overall, although the development of high level sports training base has a good foundation, it faces a series of difficult problems that restricts the sustainable development of competitive sports in China and need to be solved. Only through the continuous improvement of the mechanism and mechanism of development, explore new ideas, we can provide a better service for the development of the national sports service quality and high level of training.
