Analysis Of Status And Factors About Rural Women's Rights Awareness

Since the development of the times,human society has entered a new era of rights.And an important feature of era rights is the development of women's rights in depth.Moreover,the rapid populating of right perspective promptes that rights discourse is gradually prevailing and right consciousness is universal awakening,From the right perspective,thinking and solving problems has been one of the basic way of thinking.With the developing of the social economic,accelerating of urbanization and constantly improving of the socialist legal system,the modern legal and right consciousness is becoming the mainstream ideology of farmers.However,Under the influence of traditional male-dominated system,rural women claim is often neglected.They were required to be the dutiful wife and loving mother but without right emotion.At the same time,the real life experience is an important renson to lead that the rural women's pursuit of the right is lack of power and claims of rights can not be demonstrated.the relatively weak status of rural women's rights awareness,not only led to the effective protection of their rights,but also further deepened the social situation of their marginalization.This study takes the status of rural women's rights awareness as the main research content.Firstly on the basis of collecting a large number of literature,Briefly reviews the origin and development of the feminist movement,detailed analyze of relevant research on the rights of consciousness.then deeply analyze of the concept,core elements,hierarchy of the rights awareness,and the important role in rule of law in modern society.The main research work is that on the basis of field investigation of X town in Shandong province,combinated with the gender theory,through questionnaire survey and deep interviews,analysing of the status of rural women's rights awareness.The study found that the awareness of rural women's rights has been awakened and at a certain level.Meanwhile,there are many problems as follows: women's rights awareness continues to improve,but the lack of rational choice of rights realization;the right emotion gradually developed,but still can not get rid of oppression from male domination system;the claim of right is gradually to be demonstrated,but there is still a gap with modern rule of law;it has shown signs of sprouting claim,but the pursuit of rights has not been a group awareness;awareness of rights gradually awakening,but right behavioral tendencies are more cautious.At the same time,a linear regression model is established to analyse the main factors that affect the rural women's rights awareness.It shows that the more educated rural women,the wider the range of interpersonal relationships,the stronger awareness of their rights,and rural women who are engaged in non-agricultural production is helpful to promote the improvement of their rights consciousness.In addition,reading books,paying attention to politics news and her husband education level has a positive effect on the rural women's rights consciousness.Therefore,In the process of promoting the development of the rural women's rights consciousness,the most important is to increase the chances of women accepting the education and improve their learning ability and the ability to accept new things,and secondly to expand the scope of women's social economic activities,promote their non-farm payrolls and social participation.And the government also needs to rational cognize the social gender issues,formulate gender policy to meet to the bisexual development,promote women's formation of the rule of law and development of right consciousness.
