Rights of Child are based on the awareness of children as subjects of rights put forward. In the education process, in close contact with children, teachers are directly responsible for protecting the rights of children. How to understand children's rights, how to understand their responsibilities as protectors, will directly affect the rights of children to implementation in educational institutions.In 2001 the Ministry of Education promulgated the "Guidelines for Kindergarten Education (Trial)", which is the programmatic document nursery education reform is the guidance document for the reform of the kindergarten curriculum and teaching. As the major laws and regulations document at the field of early childhood education, it focus on the subject of early childhood development, fully reflect the personality of children and respect for the rights, urged the changing role of teachers, Update to achieve the concept of teacher education and training appropriate education act.This study was designed to"Rights of the Child,"the core spirit of the guidance, visit the teachers in early childhood education status of children's rights protection,, focusing on investigating part of the kindergarten teachers in Huhhot Rights of the Child Protection Awareness and Behavior. This paper uses literature, questionnaire, interview and observation methods.The paper consists of five parts. The first part is the basis of this study. From the origin, value and overall concept in detail for the kindergarten teachers of children's rights protection awareness and Behavior of the necessity and importance of the study, also clarify the content, ideas and methods. The second part is the premise of this study. The author of this study related issues were reviewed. First, the protection of the rights of children and the practice of investigation, describes the development of children's rights protection movement and the progress of children in China; Secondly, the rights of the child protection research, the "Convention on the Rights of the Child," a brief introduction, clear of the children define the concept of rights and principles, clarifies the rights of children in education, which provided for the children rights in concrete Definition of reference, then the protection of the rights of children and child care teachers in the educational status of the concept of Research and educational activities were made by literature, turn on the Rights of the Child protection awareness of teachers and Behavior Research to make some generalizations, to provide theoretical support for the study. Although this study is of great significance, the recognition and protection of children's rights is the plight of the theory and practice, to determine the author is carried out a bold attempt and the adventure, inadequacies criticized.
