With the rapid development of Education Informatization,process of micro lecture has sprung up. It is an important part of education information resources, and developed into an assisted teaching component. It can provide powerful help for students to learn, but also to promote teachers' educational technology ability. The normal university students as main force of the future teachers, now training of educational technology ability of normal university students is mainly through the creation of the public course of “modern education technology”, the course is a combination of theory and practice courses, making micro class works are part of the curriculum practice operation. However, there is no evaluation for micro class work quality evaluation standard of normal students; this study is in order to solve this problem.Firstly, this study analyzes existing micro class evaluation literature, referring to experience and reference for the micro class competition in assessment expert advice, investigating influence factors of normal university students micro class work quality, on this basis, we doing its data analysis and extraction. Then according to related research and we design pre-questionnaires and analyzed reliability and validity of the questionnaire. Finally, we determines the final questionnaire. Secondly, issuing the questionnaire for large-scale, and collecting data were analyzed by factor analysis, extracting common factor, and determining the evaluation index system. Again, Analytical Hierarchy Process was applied to determine weight of each evaluation index. Lastly, taking Shandong Normal University as an example, the construction of evaluation index system for application and simple analysis, verify the feasibility of evaluation index.The study includes six parts.(1)Introduction. This part mainly introduces normal micro class works evaluation research background, significance, methods, current situation and research ideas.(2) The definition and related theoretical basis. Including: related concept definition, the theory and method of constructing the normal micro class evaluation index system works and the principle of constructing evaluation index system, which lay the theoretical foundation for the students of evaluation index system of micro class works.(3)Constructing micro class work evaluation index system. Through access to a large number of relevant literatures and learn from the micro class competition evaluation, Combined with analysis of "modern educational technology" course and Interview with expert, sorting out the evaluation of micro lesson works of the test indicators, then to test the indicators, so make sure the normal micro class work evaluation index firstly.(4) Determining the normal micro class evaluation system works. Including: Use the factor analysis method of each index factor analysis and calculate index weight using Analysis Hierarchy Process, and combined with a number of questionnaires, at last get complete micro class work evaluation index system and index weight.(5)The application of normal micro class works evaluation index system. Select Shandong Normal University Junior to "modern educational technology" course practice(micro class work) evaluation, and then Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation will be used to do analysis and evaluation, which proved that the evaluation index system is feasible.(6) The summary, research prospect and the existence of deficiencies. This part summarizes the research work, and points out shortcomings of this study and the prospect of this research work.We hope that this study can play a practical role to a certain, and can promote the normal micro class works quality improvement, and the technology ability of normal school students educational promotion, in order to achieve modest contribution to an informatization of basic education.
