With the advancement of technology and society, the requirement of talent for society is more increasing. The development of technology depends on talents, and the talents are from education. Education plays a vital role in training talents. How to training the talents with high quality has become a rigorous challenge to education. The basic idea of New Curriculum Reform requires to get rid of the shackles of book knowledge, and build meaningful curriculum content, to get rid of slavery knowledge of the situation, promote active participation of students in the teacher's guide and inspire, reflect the dominant position of students in teaching. Anchored instruction is an effective teaching model and prevailing in the West teaching. And it was introduced in the 1990 s. Anchored Instruction is in the guidance of constructivism learning theory, emphasizes the active construction of knowledge, flexible migration application of knowledge. Anchored instruction requires students to study in meaningful problem-solving situations, anchors the questions in certain situations. Students are active in the teaching situation through independent study and cooperative learning. In this process, it enhances the students the disability of finding problems and solving problems.This paper binds to the junior biological teaching practice, designs specific teaching case, and compare the anchored instruction by setting different anchoes. In this way, we can sum up how to set anchors is more conducive to students' meaning knowledge construction and migrate applications.In this paper, literature research is used to analysis and summary the previous work, and carry out the teaching practice through education experiment, record and analysis the performance of students through the investigation and observation of classroom. Also, in the educational experiment, three parallel classes are using anchored instruction simultaneously, three parallel classes controls each other. The same pattern, different anchors contrast settings, we can find more suitable anchor anchored instruction, and thus more conducive to the students to internalize the knowledge.
