With the application of communication technology and network technology, the learning style of students is also showing more and more changes, especially with big data, cloud computing development, pan in learning, fragmentation of learning more and more popular for the learners. To adapt to the information age to learn the way change, micro class, Mu class and flipped classroom reconstruction new learning ecology, the application of micro class resources, flipped classroom reform ought to become the current hotspot and frontier of the teaching reform in basic education. The author in view of present situation of high school information technology curriculum teaching proposed based on micro lesson of high school information technology learning activities design and application of this research topic.The research on the system combing the literature on the basis, using literature analysis method, questionnaire survey method, experimental method and depth interview method by of high school information technology teaching in the process of using micro class survey,combined with the characteristics of curriculum characteristics and high school students learning, activity theory, situated learning theory and cooperative learning theory as a guide,the author proposes the design activities should follow the principle of micro lesson of high school information technology study based on the constructed based on micro class learning activities design reference model, and the model has been applied to teaching practice. On this basis, the author designed< information processing program > and <Intelligent information processing> of two cases by experiment group, the control group contrast test of single factor way to study the practice.Students according to the teacher for the design of learning activities, micro lesson carefully watch carefully to complete the learning activity design, and complete the relevantcontent according to the design requirements, students can put forward their own views or opinions, teachers and students share learning. This teaching model on the one hand to satisfy the learning of individualized learning, also can realize the development of self consciousness of learning, to student’s personality development and self value reflects a very positive role.Through theoretical and practical research. The results show that: using micro lesson learning activity design based on of high school information technology teaching, can stimulate students’ interest in learning, mobilize the enthusiasm of the students; to enhance the students’ awareness of self inquiry and significant role in promoting and others, cooperation consciousness, for its information technology learning ability.
