With the develop of internet, the world is becoming more and more information. E-learning has come into the mind of the people and brings a great revolution of knowledge and learning to the learners. The Internet makes people have to learn to get information in the network possess the ability and consciousness of learning and development in the “network society”. In order to meet the requirements of the developing society and due to the human individual differences,network study is developing toward to individual rather than original popularization.But because some online learning system were hard for the learner to obtain their learning resources. Some study system is simply moved the traditional classes to the Internet, learners only can learning those same learning resources step by step. Not only can't improve the learner's interest but also will reduce the learning efficiency and caused serious waste of resources.In order to solve those problems, the researchers found that the learners' cognitive ability is an important factor to influence learners' learning efficiency through many books. Therefore, we will recommend appropriate level study resources according to the learner's cognitive ability, to guide the learner to go through the “latest develop zone”. When learning in this system, the students will regard as a customer, the system will track their cognitive ability and support them with appropriate learning resources, and then realize the personalized learning support services.This research is based on the comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign network studies. Analysis the main factors influencing the learners' learning efficiency,and draw on the experience of item response theory of ability estimation method,tracking the learners in real time. This system also adopt the method of students cooperation vote to adjust the difficult level of learning resources which raised by Chen. To establish a System that can recommend appropriate study resources and possess function of individual instruction. The research applied many knowledges of computer science and system development environment. There are mainly four aspects of content in this research.(1)Theoretical basis research. On the basis of literature analysis, definite the relevant concepts of personalized guidance learning System, Analysis of factors associated with personalized learning guidance mechanism. Through the analysis of cognitivism theory, “latest develop zone” and item response theory establish a principal that can estimate students' cognitive ability and the level of study resources, to establish theoretical foundation for personalized learning guidance system.(2)Construction of theoretical model.through the analysis of typical online study system and adaptive learning system, based on those basic researches, explore the rules guiding mechanism of the personalized learning, construction the theoretical model through the comprehensive application of computer related technology.(3)The realization of personalized learning guidance mechanism. Through using item response theory to evaluate students' ability development thoughts, Implementation the capability assessment for students. By using the method raised by Chen to adjust the difficulty of learning resources. By reference to the project information in the item response theory function complete match between the student ability and the difficulty of data, realized the system of personalized learning guidance.(4) The realization of personalized learning guidance system. On the basis of the personalized learning guidance system model building, take pep edition seventh grade math part II chapter eight for example. This system is mainly used MyEclipse and MySQL database software for system development. Used tomcat as a server. With those tools, I establish a System named<PEL-S2.0> Personalized learning guidance system. This study found through the analysis of the application effect of system has obtained certain achievement.The system has made some achievements, and also highlights the researchers, study concept and intention, but Due to time constraints, and the lack of technical ability, the system still exist some problems. In future research work, on the basis of the system I will improve the function of this system, make this system more powerful.
