The study based on the Item Response Theory, using ConQuest as a main software, having the Exammination Performance questionnarie as an object of study, the study revised the questionnarire guided by Item Reponse Theory. In order to make the result present clearer, I illustrated the result by diagrams combined text.There are two studies in this paper,study 1 was based on Classic Test Theory,used two softwares called SPSS 16.0 and Amos 4.0,in order to verify the structure of the Exammination Performance questionnaire.Study 2 was based on Item Response Theory, use a software called ConQuest to analysisi the Exammination Performance questionnaire,The primary purpose was analysis the questionnaire and finding if the Item Response Theory apply to the psychology questionnaire or not. These studies concluded that:(1) Based on Classic Test Theory,we find that the reliability and validity of the Exammination Performance questionnaire was well. The three dimensions of the questionnaire are all very clearness and reasonable.(2) In the questionnaire, all items’MNSQ indexes are acceptable. But some items’T indexes are greater than 2, that’s unacceptable. They are 1,2,10,11,12,13.(3) The item characteristic curves which fix well and not fix well are 3、5、6、7、8、9 and 10、11、12、13.(4) The exam autonomy dimension distinguish every kind of students well. The interpersonal promotion dimension only distinguish the students whose exam personal not well,the task performance dimension distinguish whose exam performance worse than whose exam performance better.(5) The ability of the students is normal distribution,The diffuculty of the items in the exam performance scale are concentrated.(6) We should amend item 1 and item 2. We should change some words to make the sentence generally. We should reduce the influence(7) Item Response Theory can use on the Exammination Performance Questionnaire.By this study,we find that the Item Response Theory can use on the psychological and educational scales, because it can provide us more information.We can do better judgement.
