Since the 1970 s,China adopted the family planning policy and reform and opening up policy in the development process in nearly half a century,China's social economy has leap-type development,people's living standards have been dramatically improved,people's concept of fertility also appears fundamental change.In addition,the development of medical standards of the population declining death rates,life expectancy has been increasing,which are on China's population structure had a tremendous impact,so that the current population structure of China has undergone fundamental change.This shift is reflected in the most direct and the most important is that in our country is still in the primary stage of socialism construction period,our countries have entered the ranks of an aging society,and the degree of aging continues to deepen.A sharp increase and pension burdens of an aging population on the further development of China's economy is huge,and bring more social problems.In the increasingly serious problem of population aging Currently,China's aging population increase research efforts to enhance the status of China's aging popula tion,the trend to master,and make suggestions and recommendations based on the rationalization of the development of aging characteristics,is an urgent task to promote our country from the social,the individual to the national level,more rational and scientific way to find important to address aging process,is placed in the process of social development in the current.During the course of our study of aging,Marx's theory of population,Malthus' s population theory,Ma Yinchu's theory of population and sustainable development of population theory and other traditional and modern theory of population were combed,the concept of aging population is resolved.Through the summary of these theories and concepts,the relationship between population and social development can be more profound and comprehensive,the standard and definition of population aging is more clear.According to the relevant research data,this paper analyzes the current situation,characteristics and influence of aging in our country.At present,the aging population of our country is large,and the aging population growth trend is obvious,this increasingly obvious trend of aging and China's unbalanced economic development and urban and rural two yuan structure model,together constitute an important obstacle to China's economic and social development in the future.To this end,the analysis of the status quo and characteristics of the aging population,can let us see the future direction and strategy to deal with the development of aging society.In the course of the study,it is found that,in addition to the extension of the average life expectancy of the population,the aging society in China is mainly affected by the change of the concept of birth and the birth policy.In order to guarantee the health of society of our country in the future,stable development,to solve the problem of the aging of the population,according to the present stage our country population aging situation,characteristics and China's social and economic development characteristics of proposed the following suggestions:First is to guide the change of fertility concept,and gradually let go of fertility policy,so as to ensur e the future of China's labor force population to adapt to the needs of economic development;Secondly,in order to cope with an increasing number of aging population,to promote the progress and development of the old-age security of the elderly from the social pension service system and improve the social participation of the elderly;Finally,in order to improve the ability of our country's social pension and to reduce the unbalanced regional development,we should speed up the development of China's economy and improve the regional population structure.
