| The economic development of a country need good population environment, namely the good population age structure. The so-called good population environment means moderate population, higher population quality and reasonable population structure. The population aging, means the structure of the population age has radically changed, there is no question that this change will bring a significant new influence to social politics, economy and culture. It will require us to change our various social relations and social activities, thus make proper adjustment with the change of the population age structure.The development history of western developed countries indicates that the population structure aging is one sign of the modernization.it is an inevitable outcome after the economic and social development to a certain stage, particularly the economy is relatively rich,the society is relatively civilized, the residents have a relative stability life. But it should be emphasized that though population aging is a sign of modernization, it is not the goal, it is the spinoffs. Ageing population structure can lead to social endowment problem and labor shortage resulting in slow economic growth and stagnation, while the stagnant economy makes the social endowment problems far more serious.Reform and opening up for three decades, China's economic and social development has achieved great success, the whole nation has made an important step forward to modernization. Under the long-term implement of national birth control policy population structure aging also arrived earlier. Anhui area is mainly in agriculture, migrant workers are relatively more. Ageing population structure is quite serious. According to concerning sectional statistic data, the aged 65 and above in Anhui province has reached the elderly population proportion 7.02% in 1998, marked the Anhui population age structure has changed to a old type, it is earlier than the national. At the same time, the population aging degree and growth of Anhui remains in the front in the whole country. Based on this fact, the author selected the Anhui district as an object study for the relationship of aging population and social development. According to the demographic theory, the causes of population aging are low birth rates and low mortality rates and the extension of life expectancy, they are also the symbol of population aging structure. The scholars have given many explanations for the above three phenomenon. Because of the lack of special national conditions of China, The western demographic theory has problems when explaining China's population structure aging, they can't explain our society fact "old first before we get rich ", against western's aging,the western demographers open a prescription, such as welfare countries,but it also cant solve the aging problem of China.So far, the population ageing has become a worldwide problem, it affects every social members bearing, and will affect all aspects of economic and social life, these two factors affect each other through the process. The population structure aging affect people, through the people's social life, and the changes of social life have influence to people's living conditions.The population structure aging affect social structure and social relations, and these will affect our common concerns such us pension, health care, family problems. On the other hand, it can directly affect the cultural stereotypes and education development. How to deal with the challenges of population aging structure is the focus of the academic circles,.The author thinks that, we must insist on using the Marxism theory to arm ourselves, from the objective conditions in Anhui province and fully reference to the successful experience of developed western countries in dealing with population aging challenge, and have comprehensive consideration while we try to solve the special problems.In addition, we should also make great efforts to develop economy, in order to improve our ability to deal with the population aging structure, and building and improving the corresponding policy laws and regulations and the social security system is also a important mean to deal with this problem. In fact, perfect social security mechanism of aging society, to guarantee the lawful rights and interests of the ageing population from the system level.To make "old people can contribute themselves,can be raised great,and live happily", is the most important measure. We should change the population structure aging into healthy aging, at this point, Anhui should work out a aging problem solving path with socialist characteristics.Population aging in Anhui province is an inevitable trend of the economy and social development, is a process together with the challenge and opportunity, it will have a extensive and far-reaching impact to social development. In view of this, this paper uses population transformation theory, welfare economics and healthy aging theory, take the impact of population aging to marriage, family, education, social security and elderly aged industry as the breakthrough point, finding the favorable and unfavorable influence of population aging to Anhui social development.Meanwhile, the author will also explain the demographic transition of adult type to old type in Anhui. In addition, after the analysis of the population aging fact and its impact to social and economic development, the author will also give some specific countermeasures,hope others can make better solutions. Through the research we will recognize the urgency of the aging problem in Anhui province.Therefore, the relative departments should grab the opportunities of population aging, at the same time, we should notice the challenges to society development brought by population aging. we should prepare well to change the population aging pressure to the impetus for social and economic development effectively, and transform the unfavorable factors to favorable factors, finally accelerate the economic and social development in Anhui province. |
