It is an important field of higher education,namely teaching reform,which emphasis more on the level of “teaching”,but paying few attention to students in our country.Also this has raised many problems of the students' learning styles.Thus improving the quality of teaching and making transformation of the learning style are important.It is a larger trend that action learning is widely applied to the curriculum reform of higher education,and it is experienced both in theory and practice.The first time that action learning was applied in education in China was in 2003.Although it has been increased in recent years,the research is not mature.There are few process research of the application of action learning to the higher education.This study is based on the participatory observation,which is about” the course of kindergarten” from the major of preschool education.Action learning has been used to the curriculum.This study found that the application of action learning is good for the changing of self-concept and attitude.It enhances the uncertainty of strain capacity of students through AL,improving their strategic thinking,helping enhance self-consciousness.Also the students become more confident through action learning.Accordingly,there are many difficulties and problems in the process of action learning for both students and teachers.On the one hand,students need to change more habits of traditional thinking,also,they are lack the consciousness of question ? thinking and innovating during the process of action learning.During the process,the ability of optimizing resource is weak.One the other hand,for teachers,it makes more difficulties of the organization of class;and it take much time and energy for teachers to encourage students when they appear the emotion of resistance.Although faced with a lot of difficulties and problems,we can't ignore the importance of action learning.We should do better in action learning by dealing with the difficulties.As teachers,we must not only be highly qualified professionally,in the meantime,we should also have a good understanding and commanding in action learnng by effective time planning.We should mobilize the enthusiasm of students by various activities.For students,they have to communicate with the teacher and be cooperative rather than being lazy and inactive.They should be careful in note taking and reviewing.More importantly,the level management,teachers and students of the school should cooperate with each other in achieving the common goals.
