Research On The Influence Of College Students' Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy For Entrepreneurial Motivation And The Adjustment Of Mental Control

Taking college students as the research object, this paper aimed to use the method of grounded theory analysis, literature review, questionnaire survey, statistical analysis and other methods, combining qualitative research and quantitative research. It also aimed to establish college students' entrepreneurial motivation structure model through the empirical study, revise the entrepreneurial motivation questionnaire of college students, and discuss the college students' mental control source in entrepreneurial self-efficacy of entrepreneurial motivation to inspire the regulating mechanism in the role.This research mainly consists of three parts:Firstly, the research method of grounded theory is adoptted to analyze 30 college students entrepreneurial motivation interview datum. On this basis this paper built the structure of the college students' entrepreneurial motivation model, and the model including independent motivation, self-realization motivation, responsibility motivation and survival needs motivation, policy response motivation.Secondly, with the qualitative study of college students entrepreneurial motivation model elements as the foundation, by looking up literature and consulting with experts, this paper revised Li Aiguo college student entrepreneurial motivation scale. Through the project analysis, exploratory factor analysis and the reliability and validity of statistical test of the questionnaire, this paper eventually formed the college students' entrepreneurial motivation questionnaire composing of six dimensions, a total of 18 topics.Finally, this paper used own revision of the college students' entrepreneurial motivation questionnaire, the college students' entrepreneurial self-efficacy questionnaire established by Tang Ming and IPC mental control source questionnaire established by Levenson to investigate 1054 college students from fuzhou, xiamen, zhangzhou, zhengzhou, xinxiang, wuhan, nanchang and other seven cities of 14 universities, and discussed the different demographic variables on the entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial self-efficacy of college students, psychological control source and the influence of various dimensions, analyzed the entrepreneurial self-efficacy of college students entrepreneurial motivation of excitation function, at the same time also probed into the psychological source of control in the process of the excitation adjustment.
