An Analysis Of Key Factors That Influence College Students’ Entrepreneurship

In the "new normal" background,China is undergoing a transformation of economic and social development,industrial structure adjustment and optimization of demand-driven economic development by the factor-driven to innovation-driven change.Deal with this structural change,the central government put forward the"public entrepreneurship and innovation," and "double hit" development strategy,which provides a lot of opportunities for our business students.Since China has been pioneering research focuses on social entrepreneurship,corporate entrepreneurship in areas such as derivatives,for business students study less,and are concentrated in entrepreneurship education,relatively little research and entrepreneurship students start practice performance.Therefore,this study mainly to college students entrepreneurial performance analysis as a starting point for entrepreneurial behavior,as well as various factors that ultimately affect the performance of entrepreneurs entrepreneurial motivation,conduct research,and to analyze the relevance and influence mechanism between them.The first study of the relevant research literature students start to sort out and refined,and the dimension of intention clear entrepreneurial connotation,entrepreneurial motivation,entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial performance of the four variables.On this basis,we constructed factors affecting entrepreneurial performance of a theoretical model.Secondly,based on the overall framework of the theoretical model,through the analysis of existing research,hypothesis put forward relevant variables between elements,including entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial motivation assume all relations between elements;entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial behavior all elements the relationship between the hypothesis;the relationship between entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention among all elements of the assumption,and the relationship between entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial performance between the various elements of the hypothesis.Third,Jiangsu Province,college students as the research object,through questionnaires for data collection and use SPSS software for data analysis and the results show:a significant positive correlation between entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial motivation all elements;entrepreneurial motivation significant effect on entrepreneurial behavior;entrepreneurial intentions significant entrepreneurial behavior;significant correlation between entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial performance of various elements.Finally,according to the results of empirical research,from improving the social environment,improve the level of education and family support entrepreneurship,improve their own level,and improve entrepreneurial capacity three college students venture proposed to improve the performance of specific measures.
