The Research On College Students’ Achievement Motivation, Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy And

Entrepreneurship gradually becomes the hot spot for both domestic and foreign scholars, and it is also an important way to ease the pressure on the graduates’ employment and to promote the economic development. Entrepreneurial intention can predict entrepreneurial activity or behavior well; self-efficacy is an important factor for the complexity motivation behavior of human; and achievement motivation is the key factor that affects whether the individual can pursuit career successfully.In the past, the study on entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial self-efficacy was limited to the employees in enterprises and companies and paid less attention to the university graduates, not to mention the related study which involved in College Students’ entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention based on the theory of achievement motivation. Based on the review of the relevant research at home and abroad, this paper conducted the concept of carding and put forward the research hypothesis.This paper focused on the students’ entrepreneurial intention problem of Yanbian University in Yanbian area; On the basis of previous research results, it also studied on Yanbian University Students’ achievement motivation, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention differences and how the college students entrepreneurial self-efficacy sense affects the entrepreneurial intention, and it discussed the intermediary role that the college students entrepreneurial self-efficacy played in between the achievement motivation and entrepreneurial intention. This study uses empirical analysis, mature entrepreneurial self-efficacy scale and entrepreneurial intention scale, as well as the achievement motivation scale after screening to conduct the related research. It uses SPSS 17.0 for correlation analysis, regression analysis and mediation effect analysis. The Study found that, based on the Yanbian University students, the achievement motivation, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention have significant positive correlation and achievement motivation can positively predict entrepreneurial intentions and entrepreneurial self-efficacy; Entrepreneurial self-efficacy can positively predict entrepreneurial intention; and entrepreneurship self-efficacy plays a partial intermediary role in the relationship between achievement motivation and entrepreneurial intention. At last, starting with improving the college students’ motivation and entrepreneurial self-efficacy, the study made recommendations for college students gradually forming entrepreneurial intention.
