Research On The Relationship Among Graduates' Entrepreneurial Motivation,Entrepreneurial Learning And Entrepreneurial Behavior

Graduate students represent the advanced science and technology productivity,and their entrepreneurial activities can not only increase the employment rate and competitiveness of graduate students,but also inject new vitality into the national technological innovation.Driven by the wave of "mass innovation and entrepreneurship",although the graduate students have the entrepreneurial motivation and the goal to start a new business,few students engage in entrepreneurial learning,the current status of entrepreneurship is severe.In recent years,graduate students' entrepreneurial behavior has become the focus of scholars.However,the research on how entrepreneurial motivation affects entrepreneurial behavior has to be studies deeply.This study focuses on the impact of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial behavior and its mechanism.In this paper,the research objects are graduate students.Based on achievement goal theory,this paper constructs a model about "entrepreneurial motivation-entrepreneurial learning-entrepreneurial behavior" to explore the relationship between entrepreneurial motivation,entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial behavior.Entrepreneurial learning includes cognitive learning and experiential learning.Entrepreneurial behavior includes opportunity discovery and entrepreneurial exploitation behavior.Based on the survey data from four universities,this study tests the theoretical model.There are many conclusions.Firstly,entrepreneurial motivation has a positive influence on entrepreneurial behavior.With high entrepreneurial motivation,graduate students are likely to discover and exploit business opportunities.Secondly,entrepreneurial motivation positively affects entrepreneurial learning.With entrepreneurial motivation,graduate students tend to take part in entrepreneurial cognitive learning and experiential learning.Thirdly,entrepreneurial cognitive learning has positive effect on entrepreneurial opportunity discovery,cognitive learning mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial motivation and opportunity discovery.Fourthly,entrepreneurial experiential learning has a positive effect on entrepreneurial opportunity discovery and exploitation,experiential learning mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial opportunity discovery and exploitation.This paper explores the mediating effect of entrepreneurial learning between entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial behavior,which can enriches the research on the intermediate mechanism between entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial behavior,expands the research on achievement goal theory,enriches theoretical and empirical study about entrepreneurship learning.The research also has great significance on entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial practice.Universities should provide entrepreneurial support to enhance graduate students'entrepreneurial motivation,students should integrate entrepreneurial cognitive learning with entrepreneurial experiential learning to promote entrepreneurial opportunity discovery and exploitation.
