Education internship is an important link that between the normal education theory knowledge and teaching practice,it is the starting point of the normal school students to be professional teachers,and also an important part of the normal training.It has a strong practical significance to improve the quality of education internship and strengthen the educability of the normal school students that exploring the education internship performance assessment pattern' connotation,innovating education internship performance evaluation pattern and detailing performance evaluation program has.This paper is based on the teachers' professional development theory,and guided by he portfolio assessment methods,that mainly discuss the implementation procedures and the late evaluation of education internship performance evaluation around the education internship performance evaluation pattern.The present paper offers a systematic study of the education internship performance evaluation pattern related issues,so as to construct the new pattern which is “the education internship performance portfolio assessment pattern ”,and uses the CIPP evaluation model to evaluate the background,conditions,process and results of the pattern.The thesis divided into introduction and other six parts: text introduction introduces the background,significance,method and the innovation of research on this subject;the second part defines the relative concepts,sums up the research achievements of our country scholars' about education internship evaluation,portfolio assessment and CIPP evaluation model;the third part puts the M university 's education internship as a case study to analyze the present situation of the local normal universities education internship performance evaluation in China,and sorts out the survey data of M university;the fourth part is based on the theory of teacher professional development and portfolio assessment method,build “the education internship performance portfolio assessment pattern”,expatiating the content,structure and specific operational procedures of the pattern;the fifth part supports by CIPP evaluation model,evaluate the background,input,process and output of the operation scheme of “theeducation internship performance portfolio assessment pattern”;finally,concludes the advantages and disadvantages of the pattern,and discusses the further research direction in future research.By using questionnaire investigation,interview and literature analysis,to analyze the related issues of education internship performance evaluation and build the “education internship performance portfolio assessment pattern”,and this thesis tries to draw the following conclusion:Firstly,the education internship performance evaluation is an important topic of the education internship research,an objective,reasonable and scientific education internship performance evaluation pattern can effectively improve the quality of education internship and improve the students' ability of education;secondly,the “education internship performance portfolio assessment pattern” is guided by the theory of teacher professional development,based on portfolio assessment method,establish the education internship evaluation pattern' dimensions and indicators,which innovates the education internship evaluation,and corresponds to reality of the education internship performance evaluation;thirdly,the evaluation of the operation scheme of “the education internship performance portfolio assessment pattern” is based on CIPP evaluation model,which can effectively analyze the operation scheme's problems and needs to be improved of the pattern.Therefore,the education internship performance evaluation can be able to assess the quality of the normal school students' internship,provide the effort direction for the development of education internship,inspire the normal school students to carry on the education internship,and provide a certain reference for the cultivation of teachers in our country.
