With the rapid improvement of modern science and technology and the incessant changes in social development,the social competition manifests in the form of talent competition. In the final analysis,the talent competition is the competition of comprehensive quality. Colleges and universities are import bases to train high-qualified talents for profession. Whether the talents will stand up to the test of the market is up to the comprehensive quality of them. As far as training of talents is concerned,attention should be paid to the process of quality test. Internship has become one of the important means to quality test.Education internship is an important part of Curriculum to physical education major of Colleges and universities , to implement the principle of theory with practice,developing students use of the have learned the basic theory, basic skills and professional knowledge in the training practical activities. It is an important indicator of the quality of work to testing and evaluation of school education and teaching. As a result, practicing internship evaluation to develop quality of internship has a positive orientation and facilitating role. In this paper, on the starting point of physical education major of Shenyang Sports University Students'Internship score, combined with subject characteristics, building the theoretical model of performance evaluation system, with a view to perfect evaluation system of internship in our university.This article focuses on how to create the evaluation system of educational internship performance. It is base on the actuality of the current educational internship of physical education major in Shenyang Sports University, guided by the contemporary education evaluation theory,is perfected by the experts'previous researches .Meanwhile, though the methods of surveys and analyzed about teachers and students, to create draft indicators and questionnaires of the preliminarily confirmed objects,according t o Delphi Methods. Building the weight coefficient by AHP and building evaluation criteria and rating scale of final indicators and creating the education internship Evaluation System of Physical education Major in Shenyang Sports University.Through the comparative study, the following can be concluded: This evaluation system concentrates all links of educational internship of physical education major in Shenyang Sports University. From the hands-on training - internship - internships summary, the link simply connected and participating teachers and students more easily learn internship process. This evaluation system is more sensitive to the results of student'internship performance and the conclusions it draws can inspire the advanced students. Evaluation index is accurate definition and easy to handle. Evaluation criteria specific details, so that the evaluators on the evaluation of the indicators. There will be no differences on the role of the internship with the correct orientation.Evaluation of the internship process should not be the end of an evaluation should be the process of evaluation, advising schools to improve the existing evaluation system, using a phased evaluation model, so that after the end of the internship students can recognize their own inadequacies, through study, to fill gaps and increase overall capacity, then become qualified graduates, to enable schools to enter the community sports talent.
