Research On Delicacy Management Of Logistics In Primary And Middle Schools

As an integral part of school management, school logistics play an important part in various aspects of healthy function of the school including teaching, research, education, human resource management and so on. Only meticulous, timely, standardized logistics management can guarantee the school to work smoothly. With the promoting of teaching reform, the school management is required to be more regulated and efficient. Accordantly, school logistics also is bound to further reform and development. Currently in many primary and secondary schools insufficient attention has been paid to logistics management, which makes logistics management the short board in the process of school development. In practice, logistics management itself also has many disadvantages, thus the logistics management of small and medium-sized schools are facing the challenge of comprehensive reform. In order to solve the shortcomings exist in the reform of logistics management of primary and secondary schools, this dissertation give detailed explaination of delicacy logistics management system for the primary and secondary schools.The success application of delicacy management in companies as well as colleges and universities makes people think of its application in logistics management of primary and secondary schools..In this dissertation, through methods of literature research, questionnaire, data analysis, comparison, case analysis, especially the adoption of SWOT situation analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, we research into the status quo of delicacy management both in China and abroad, and put forward the concept and management system of delicacy management of primary and secondary school logistics by combining the problems existed in primary and secondary schools' logistics management.This dissertation mainly research from the concept of routinely application of delicacy management to the logistics of primary and secondary schools, we analyse its similarities and dissimilarities with enterprises' and colleges and universities' delicacy management. Through applicable, practical, efficient research, we adapt the experience gained from success application of delicacy management in enterprises and colleges and universities so that it will suit the current requirements of primary and secondary schools, reducing the cost of logistics management and internal friction, while improving the efficiency at the starting point. We build the asset, finance and human resource management and supervision systems, and explains methods such as network informationization and standardization. Finally the dialectical unification relations between delicacy management and humanization management are discussed, and two problems that should be paid attention to in practice are put forward. In the end we illustrate the good results of delicacy management in practical application. Through the study of delicacy logistics management of primary and secondary schools, this dissertation try to give applicable, constructive, instructional advices to primary and secondary schools.
