Today is the age of knowledge economy, China's economic development model has begun to change from the traditional "resource driven" to "innovation driven", Innovative talent is an important force to accelerate the transformation. In 2012, the general office of the Ministry of Education issued a notice of the basic requirements for entrepreneurship education in ordinary undergraduate schools (for Trial Implementation). Notification requirements of the school "efforts to guide students to correctly understand the relationship between entrepreneurship and national economic and social development, the relationship between entrepreneurship and career development, and to improve their social responsibility, innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability." So it is important to cultivate students' creative spirit. In recent years, the academic circle has carried on the extensive and thorough research to the university student "s innovation spirit, and carried on the long-term effective exploration, from the school education, the outside environment, own quality and so on. This paper attempts to summarize the development of students' spirit of innovation, to explore the evaluation mechanism according to the special nature of the students' innovative spirit and provide necessary enlightenment of Teacher Education in Colleges and universities.This paper firstly clarifies the basic concept of the spirit of innovation, summarizes the characteristics of College Students' innovative spirit, and analyzes the basic basis of the law of the development of College Students' innovative spirit. First, Innovative spirit has the variability, observability and education which provide an internal basis for the development of innovative spirit. Second, Marx's theory about human's comprehensive development provides a theoretical basis for the realization of College Students' self-value. Secondly, using the research method to track the undergraduate students in different grades of 22 College of Northeast Normal University. Record the changes of their new spirit of development and then sum up the law. Finally come to the conclusion, students' innovation spirit has a total of four stages: first stage, random innovation spirit; The second stage, the choice of the state of the spirit of innovation; The third stage, the perseverance of the spirit of innovation; The fourth stage, self-realization of the spirit of innovation. Again according to the law of development to explore innovative evaluation methods, summed up the university teacher education.
