? The curriculum standards of compulsory education moral lesson(2011 Edition)? pointed out: " Moral lesson is a comprehensive curriculum which aims at cultivating junior high school students' moral quality as its based on junior high school student life. " The grade seven students are in the transition from elementary school to middle school, from children to teenagers, this is an important period of physical and mental development of children, is the basis of the formation of the correct concept of thinking, is the beginning of students from family to get to know the society, which requires that junior high moral lesson must be combined with the real lives of students, to guide classroom learning outside the classroom practice, encourage students to active exploration and practice in practice, promoting the healthy development of students' moral character through moral practice, help students to understand the society, to adapt to the society, to integrate into the society. "Flipped Classroom" provide an effective teaching mode to achieve this goal. This article is based on foreign "Flipped Classroom" development studies and research of the development of " Flipped Classroom " exploration stage in China and grade seven ideological and moral basis for education practice of combining study, on application of " Flipped Classroom " in junior middle school moral lesson has been deeply studied, through the teaching effect comparison of " Flipped Classroom " teaching and traditional teaching in seven grade parallel class, further proof the application and actual effect of " Flipped Classroom " in the basic education stage, for students of junior high moral qualities open up a new direction and development of space, to explore a break the traditional teaching mode, to establish a new mode of teaching the new curriculum in line with requirements of quality education and the new curriculum standard.
