| At present, the tide of the Internet plus era is sweeping across China, which not only changed our way of life, but also put forward more urgent requirements on the reform of traditional education and teaching model. The integration of information technology and teaching becomes a general trend. In this context, flipped classroom, born in the United States, got the favor and recognition of Chinese educators through network. And it became the research object and reference model of various teaching reform. The secondary vocational schools, which bear the missions of cultivating high-quality laborers, are paying close attention to the development trend of informational education.And they take this opportunity to promote teaching reform and strive to improve the quality of teaching. Among them, moral education curriculum, which plays an irreplaceable foundational role in moral education of secondary vocational schools, has become the "vanguard". Many moral teachers in secondary vocational schools begin to explore the innovation in teaching methods with information technology.Under the dual requirements of the development of informational education and the reform of moral education curriculum in secondary vocational schools, how to realize the unity of "teaching" and "learning" in the teaching of moral education lesson,so that students can truly become the main body of learning? Flipped classroom provides a new way to achieve the above goals. To some extent, the flipped classroom is a subversion of the traditional teaching mode. It changed the traditional "Teachers teach in class and students practice after class" into "Self-study before class and co-exploration in class",so as to achieve the purpose of reconstructing the learning process. Therefore, considering own teaching practice,the author attempts to study the effectiveness of the application of flipped classroom in moral education lesson of secondary vocational schools and to explore tactics in how to improve the effectiveness of the application of flipped classroom on the basis of the existing theoretical research and teaching research results.Based on the above ideas, this study consists of four parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly on the research status of the flipped classroom at home and abroad,the basic ideas, significance and the main methods of this research. The second part is the theoretical research,focusing on the theoretical interpretation of the relevant concepts and characteristics of the flipped classroom in the teaching of moral education lesson,and to carry out theoretical research on its operation model and teaching plan. The third part is the practical research, mainly based on the effectiveness and problems in the application of flipped classroom in moral education lesson of secondary vocational schools. The last but not the least, is about measures on how to improve the effectiveness of flipped classroom in moral education lesson of secondary vocational schools. |
