With the rapid development in the field of the World Wide Web, the trend in the combintion between the education and the techniques has emerged, thus in such rapid surgement of MOOC(massive open online course) it made a great thunder storm in the field of education, it also produces impact on the higher education. There is an increasing number of the professors and universities, which flood into the trend of the stream in researching upon the MOOC with classical teaching methodology, therefore the trend itself brings the chanlleges and chances. The ability applied in the teaching technology is one of the most basic techniques in the teaching process on the campus, therefore it is an applied ability in the application of MOOC which is a valueable matter. We brought a brief conclusion, it matters the quality of the application in the level of higher education.Previously, our research is based on the huge volume of the references, and the outcome was combined description with rational thoughts and analytical reasoning and the logic twisting. The current situation of the applied MOOC and the techniques upon the education in the universities were sorted in the researching process. The referenced concepts were defined as to describe the teaching abilities in the background of the MOOC.Additionally, the questionnaires about the basic techniques demanded by the commen professors in the universities were profiled in accordance with "the National Standard upon the Applied Techniques in universities", then we put the questionnaires into the utilization in the S university. After the investigations, we draw the conclusion that the deficiency in the field of the applied MOOC techniques is that:1.there is no deep Instructional Technology value for the university professors.2.there is no firm structure of the basic knowledge.3.there is insufficiency in the field of the design of the curricula, the acquirement of the referenced knowledge, the criticize in the process of education, and the innovation in the field of MOOC. There is several referenced factors in universities:1.there is not enough soft wares and hard wares suited for the function of MOOC.2.there is not suitable environment for the learning and researching the modern techniques.3.the management system is lack of the amendment,thus it won't cultivate the enviornment for the modern technology.4.there is short of the link to the practical application in the process of teaching,and lackness in the incentives attached to the application of the MOOC, the malaccomplishment for obtaining system of the MOOC technique. There exist the causes for these phonmenona about professors:there is lack of consciousness and action on MOOC; there are not the conversations and seminars among the folks of professors, therefore it won't form the atmosphere for constructing the teaching abilities for common professors; we also tract the causes of the demand for the practice for the MOOC do not match the knowledge and the techniques maintained by common professors; the last existing problem is the malmanagement of time for the college professors in the field of practice,research and the teaching.Eventually, upon all the insufficiency and the existing problems, the suggestions have been made between the universities and the professors in the background of the MOOC practice. For the universities:1.the enviornment for the educational techniques should be improved for acquiring the specific information by more investment.2.the incentives for MOOC practice should be spured by the improved system of the assessement.3.the improvement of the teaching skills should be improved by the settlement of the college-oriented curricula and learning community. For the professors, we urge for the surrounding-adopted ability and the role-switching ability and we also recommend that professors ought to abstain the information from the mode of MOOC, make the E-portfolio for the academy and the knowledge for the sake of the raising the thought upon the innovation and the practice of the MOOC.
