With the boom of higher education scale,the quality of graduation students has become a social concern.The relationship between the promotion of education quality,specialty identity and learning engagement tied closely,so it has realistic meaning to study the relationship.This passage aimed at improving learning investment level by study the relationship between specialty identity and learning engagement.The study mainly through the literature review of Specialty identity and Learning engagement to learning the current situations of the research.Based on correlation theory,the relationship model of Specialty identity and Learning engagement is built.Take××university as an example,Using questionnaire and interview to collect data,Then,using the correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis to analyze data,Understanding the postgraduate' current situations of Specialty identity and Learning engagement.The main conclusions of the study:postgraduate' Specialty identity is in the middle.There is significant differences of gender, grade, original place and training methods of Specialty identity:there is significant differences on. rural and urban student in major Behaviors;there is significant differences on Self funded students and scholars in major Behavior,major fitness, major cognition.Secondly,postgraduate's Learning engagement is in the middle.There were significant differences in gender, grade,original place, training methods of learning engagement:there is significant differences on graduate student of grade 1 and grade 3in vijor.there is significant differences on grade 1 and grade 3 in dedication.Thirdly,postgraduate' Specialty identity can effectively predict Learning engagement, Behavior of professional identity,Cognition of professional and appropriateness of identity can effectively predict Learning engagement.Based on the empirical analysis,the method of impoving postgratuate's specialty identity and Learning engagement is strengthen the professional education and enhance the specialty cognitive;Building the academic atmosphere and stimulate interest in learning;To carry out academic activities and improve their specialty identity;Paying attention to group differences and realize their aptitude.
