The classroom is the main place for students' learning and teachers' teaching.As a guarantee, efficiency of teachers' teaching and quality of students' learning always depend on the good classroom order.In a lively and active age,first year students hasn't to fully adapt to the primary school teaching mode, the word of “discipline”?“order”in the grade one students' mind hasn't establish the real meaning,therefore students' classroom problem behavior is widespread in grade one of the elementary school.First grade in the starting point that students go into the compulsory education and form the good classroom behavior habit.Teachers have an important influence on the students' development in the correct understanding and management of the students' classroom problem behaviors,so the research of the first grade teachers' management of students' classroom problem behaviors must be highly valued.Through the research, the author hopes to provide some suggestions and enlightenment for primary school teachers in the management of classroom problem behavior of first grade students.This study used the literature method, observation method, interview method and case study method to study the management status and management strategies of the first grade teachers to students' classroom problem behaviors.This thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction,mainly elaborated the problem and research significance, the definition of basic concepts, an overview of the related research situation at home and abroad. The second part is the study design, mainly introduces the research purpose, research contents, research methods, research object and research innovations. The third part is through classroom observation,confronting the truth fact of the first-year students and teachers in the classroom, from aperiod of nearly three months with the lecture recording summarizes the primary school grade one students' classroom problem behaviors and teachers' management current situation of students' classroom problem behavior and analyzes the management current situation. The fourth part is that on the basis of evaluation and analyses,adopting teachers' management strategy good points and avoid its' shortcomings,rethink the weaknesses of classroom management methods commonly used by teachers.From the angle of prevention and control,putting forward the suggestions of the first grade teachers on students' classroom problem behavior management.The prevention strategies includes that hold open and positive attitude of classroom management, let the students participate in the formulation of classroom norms; combine the respect and trust for the students with strict requirements properly, make the management behavior and education more easily accepted by the students; optimize teaching design with careful preparation, use the attractiveness of the classroom to resist temptation of classroom problem behaviors; from the two aspects of the physical environment and psychological environment to optimize the construction of the classroom environment; strengthen the cooperation between family and school to form education resultant force.The control strategies include that use of password reminder to rectify order in the classroom; by the effect of the example to encourage good performance; use class exercise to adjust the classroom atmosphere and ease the students' learning fatigue;choose the right way to control and manage individual classroom problem behavior.The fifth part records the management process and feedback that use management strategies to manage the first grad two students' classroom problem behaviors in the primary school. The sixth part is the conclusion,summarizes the main results and shortcomings of the research.
