Classroom plays an important role in teachers’ teaching and students’ learning.In the process of classroom teaching,teachers all hope to deliver the planned teaching content to students in a complete way and gain good learning effects from students.The most important premise for the completion of these is to rely on good classroom order.However,with the diversification and flexibility of current teaching methods,teachers’ classroom management is becoming less strict,and students’ problem behaviors in primary school classrooms are becoming more and more.Especially for the first-grade students,they are not familiar with the classroom mode of primary school when they just enter the primary school.In addition,they are in an age full of curiosity about the outside world and love to move flexibly,so the problem behaviors of first-grade students in class are frequent.The first grade is the initial stage when the students just enter the compulsory education.How the teachers manage and help the students to correct the classroom problem behaviors and develop good classroom habits are very important for us to pay attention to.By consulting relevant books and interviewing front-line teachers and experts,the entry point and investigation direction of teachers’ management of classroom problem behaviors of first-grade students are obtained.After that,this study adopted three research methods.The first method was to issue questionnaires to teachers of S primary school to investigate how they managed students’ problem behaviors in class of the first grade.Second,through three months’ internship in grade one of S primary school,I truly and objectively observed the management of teachers in class of grade one.The third one is to deeply understand teachers’ views and management methods on students’ problem behaviors through interviews with the first-grade head teachers and section teachers.Finally,the data and data obtained by these three methods are compared,analyzed and sorted out,and the existing shortcomings and problems are concluded.Through the investigation,it is found that there are some problems such as inappropriate management methods,unimproved management attitude,poor management results and inconsistent management concepts among teachers.The reasons for these problems behavior mainly teachers’ insufficient understanding of management strategy,management always is in the classroom teaching,many teachers there are traditional conservative ideas leading to poor management students attitude,lack of patience,a lot of teacher management method is not appropriate,management ability is lower,and the management work and classroom teachers,director of the difference is too big,lead to differences in the management of students.Finally,after summarizing the research results and the causes of the problems,relevant strategies are drawn to help teachers prevent and regulate students’ problem behaviors.
