| Initial primary school teachers,as the new force of the teaching staff,play an important role in the teaching staff and are the pillar force of the future development of the school.Initial teachers’ induction stage is the key period of teachers’ career development.However,in the actual teaching and learning life,they are often helpless in the face of complex classroom problems,and even some of them have lost their enthusiasm and confidence in education,leaving the post of teachers.In this paper,two primary school beginning teachers in Jinan X School are taken as research objects.Through classroom observation and interviews,starting from three aspects of classroom environment management,routine management and problem behavior treatment,the problems existing in classroom management of primary school beginning teachers are explored,and the reasons are analyzed from both internal and external aspects.On this basis,the classroom management of primary school beginning teachers is put forward.Problem-solving strategies in order to help new teachers improve classroom management and enhance management ability.This study consists of four parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the background and significance of the research on classroom management of primary school beginning teachers.By sorting out the relevant information at home and abroad,the related concepts involved in this study are explained and explained.Finally,the ideas and methods of this study are elaborated,and the process of this study is presented.The second part is the first chapter,which presents the current situation of primary school teachers’ classroom management from three aspects: classroom environment management,classroom routine management and problem behavior management.The third part is the second chapter.Firstly,it compares the classroom management of the two primary school beginning teachers.Secondly,it makes a perspective and analysis of the classroom management problems of the beginning teachers.Finally,the author analyses the causes from both internal and external perspectives.The fourth part is the third chapter.Based on the problems and causes of theinitial teacher’s classroom management,the author puts forward targeted strategies to improve the initial teacher’s classroom management from two aspects: the initial teacher’s own development and the external environment,with a view to contributing a little to improving the current situation of the initial teacher’s classroom management. |
