Classroom problem behavior refers to the behavior that students violate the code of behavior and teaching requirements in the process of classroom teaching,which brings negative influence to teachers' teaching and students' learning.High school students' physical and mental development is not mature.They have certain independence and autonomy,but unavoidably they can not think about problems completely.Besides,they are easy to be reckless and impulsive when dealing with problems.Therefore,classroom problem behavior is likely to appear.It not only affects students' learning effect,but also increases the difficulty of the teachers' classroom teaching.For this reason,it is necessary to explore the management strategies of dealing with high school students' classroom problem behaviors.To a certain extent,it can improve the effect of teachers' teaching and students' classroom learning efficiency.In order to improve the students' learning efficiency,reduce the happening of the students' problem behaviors,and build and maintain the efficiency of classroom learning,I,as a researcher,take high school students in Shantou area as the research objects.I investigate the manifestations of high school classroom problem behavior,analysis its factors and explore its related management strategies using the methods of questionnaire and interview.Through the analysis of the survey data and the comparison of the results of the interview,it is found that the form of classroom problem behavior of senior high school students is mainly introverted.and there are grade and gender differences in the behavior of senior high school students.I found that the factors that affect high school classroom problem behavior are from students themselves,teachers,school,family and society levels.That is,students' self-control is low and lack of clear learning objectives;teachers' classroom management ability is insufficient;as for school,there is a lack of cultural environment edification and the physical environment construction;besides,the lack of home and school education and the harmful effect of the internet will also influence students' behaviors.In view of the causes of high school students' classroom problem behaviors,this paper proposes management strategies to reduce the occurrence of high school students' classroom problem behaviors through the following four aspects.First,from the student level,pay attention to the cultivation of students' self-management ability;Second,from the teacher level,propose demands of teachers' classroom management ability.Teachers should optimize the classroom management methods,improve their professional ability,communication ability and innovation ability in the classroom management;Third,schools should pay attention to cultural environment edification,improve school physical environment construction and management measures,and strengthen home-school co-education;Fourth,schools should strengthen the positive guidance to the students on the social aspect.
