Mathematics is an important subject in the stage of compulsory education, and the success of the study has a direct impact on the overall level of the students' learning. The problem of mathematics learning disabilities is a hot issue in the field of psychology and education. Mathematics learning is a complex cognitive activity, both intelligence factors and non intelligence factors affect the learning effect.The study summarizes the relevant theory and research of mathematics learning disabilities and non-intellectual factors on the basis of existing research finding shortcomings and unresolved problems of the prior studies, establishing the theme of the study,preparing the questionnaire Investigating the students with mathematics learning difficulties in 3-5 grade primary school.According to the survey results, the strategies of developing non intelligence factors of students with mathematics learning difficulties are put forward. 1?stimulating the Mathematics learning desire of the learning disabilities students(1)fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of students with learning difficulties in mathematics learning, improving their self-confidence(2)Teachers should carefully prepare lessons,fully studying the teaching materials, reasonably arranging teaching content.(3)Teachers should combine with the actual life to explain the contents of the teaching materials and stimulate students' interest in learning.(4)teachers should provide timely help for students with mathematical learning disabilities. 2?Pay attention to the cultivation of motivation of students with mathematics learning disabilities.(1)In teaching, teachers should learn to set up suspense, create problemsituation, arouse students' desire to explore, stimulate students' learning needs.(2)Teachers should guide students to understand the significance of mathematics learning(3) stimulating studying motivation through achievement in Mathematics Learning.(4)Teachers should learn to guide students to make reasonable attribution. 3 ? To cultivate students' positive and good mood.(1)Cultivating students' ability to adjust and control the emotion.(2)To establish a good relationship between teachers and students, being good teachers and good friends of students.( 3)Adopting democratic and equal teaching methods. 4?To help students to establish self-confidence, to cultivate learning willpower.( 1)Developing students' learning will power by example.( 2)Strengthening the exercise of will power in daily life.(3)To Help students to set short-term and long-term learning goals, and supervise their completion.
