In the 21st century, everyone should enjoy the rights to receive proper education, and they also have the needs to receive proper education. The consensus of education equality has been made known in common people. But there always exists difference between individual intelligence and non-intelligence, and difference in individual's education environment. That's why there always are some learning-difficult students. In modern times, education centres on developing and exploring students' comprehensive abilities. It claims that every student should get full-scale developed during the course of teaching and learning. So the research into the problems that those learning-difficult students share are paid more attention to in the fields of education and psychology. It is a general and lasting problem the mathematics teachers have to face that there always are some learning-difficult students in maths in senior schools which effects not only mathematics teaching quality but also students' full-scale development and improvement. The article expounds the existing problem in teaching ractice and the necessity of transforming learning-difficult students. It is composed f three important phases:1.Research correlative theory and documents. Including full-scale investigation about students having difficulty in learning mathematicsis, questionnaire. I have defined the key words such as "mathematical learning-difficult students in senior schools", "mathematical learning-excellent students in senior schools" and "mathematical average students in senior schools". I have also introduced some advanced theories home and abroad which are about the factors contributing to individual's difficulty in learning maths, some characteristics of "learning-difficult students" and strategies that "learning-difficult students" can be transformed.2. Correlative investigation. Aiming at the popularity and protracted nature of the problems that learning-difficult students share in senior schools, I have carried out a questionnaire research in four classes in Senior 3, Nanlou Middle School, Tianjin. The research focuses on different aspects that "learning-excellent students" and "learning-difficult students" behave, for example, their non-intelligence factors, their relations with teachers, their learning methods and possible reasons for their success or failure.3.Experiment research. After analysis of the data I've got, I have put forward some strategies and measures to make a learning-difficult student bette at maths-learning. There are strategies as follows:â‘ .Training the teachers.â‘¡.Instructing students of learning methods.â‘¢.Training the sense of learning efficiency.â‘£.Awake non-intelligence factors of the mathematics learning-difficult students in senior schools. There are steps as follows: Strengthening teachers' abilities to organise the knowledge of mathematics in Senior high school period. Instructing students of learning methods;Awake non-intelligence factors of learning-difficult students. Directing maths-teaching with reasonable and feasible education methodology. Helping learning-difficult students to analyse and find out the causes for their trouble in learning maths. Exploring reasonable standards and system of evaluating students' performance.Through tests before and after the experiment in controlled class and average class, the results proves that these strategies and measures are efficient and feasible, which shows that learning-difficult students can be transformed on certain condition.
