Mathematics is a basic subject in the deaf school education, the cultivation and improvement of the scientific quality of the deaf culture is an important part of,application problems is the emphasis and difficulty in mathematics teaching, it in the abstract, logic and application of deaf students proposed higher requirements and standards.However, because of the loss of the hearing to deaf students in the cognitive development and social adaptation are obviously lagged behind normal children, but also indirectly on their learning motivation, learning psychological impact; in school,teaching is not the first one, the teaching effect also cannot be quantified effectively,can not effectively promote teachers professional growth of mathematics teachers; the most professional background in mathematics or special education, in teaching can only be feeling the stones, not a systematic theoretical basis for support; in mathematics teaching is still using version 1995 full-time in textbooks, this version of the textbook content for now the society, is completely divorced from the actual life of the deaf students on the teaching of the deaf, the content is of no interest, affect the enthusiasm of deaf students, and pay little attention to this version of teaching materials to guide students to practice, self inquiry, do not pay attention to guide the students' emotional experience, these will affect the effectiveness of teaching. Theseconditions caused by the limitation by barriers to deaf students themselves, the school for the deaf education teaching resources and the environment to the subject and concept, have led to the deaf students' application questions are very difficult to learn.There are a lot of problems that need education scholars to study in the deaf school mathematics teaching field, but due to the limited resources and ability of the author in this paper only in junior high school stage of deaf students in applied problems of learning are discussed. This paper respectively from the application of the deaf learning characteristics, influence study of application of deaf children's cognitive and meta cognitive factors, psychological factors and application of question solves the strategy through literature method, action research, interviews and other forms of study. In the application of deaf students' learning situation the basic conclusion, for the start of training. According to the results of the intervention training combined with the results of previous scholars, their own teaching experience and practice summary, the conclusion of this study is summarized. I hope that the process and conclusion of the study in schools for the deaf. The field of mathematics education of teachers and researchers have the spark of inspiration, play a valuable role, also want to take this to the cause more education of mathematics education in schools for the deaf.
