| School-based Teaching Research mainly emphasizes teachers’ cooperation and mutual assistance,their sharing experiences and learning from each other through dialogue and communication.Therefore,teachers constitute the nucleus in the School-based Teaching and Research,and teachers’ cooperation is the key to it.The role of School-based Teaching Research must rely on the teachers’ research groups.Only if the teachers collectively participate,can really improve the quality of teaching,as well as the ability to analyze and solve practical problems.The School-based Teaching Research can also promote teachers’ personnel management.Teachers’ participation and achievements in it provides a basis for their assessment and promotion.In the school-based research,it is especially important for teachers to understand,analyze,learn and share different ideas,different thoughts.Moreover,teachers’ cooperative culture can create an internal freedom for teachers to learn and research.Cooperation leads to a good interpersonal communication,through which teachers learn with everyone,frankly express their opinions,and brainstorm for the new approaches.Furthermore,teachers’ ideological collision helps teachers to reflect on their own experiences and knowledge as well as learn from excellent teaching philosophy.Thus,School-based Teaching Research builds a campus cooperation platform for teachers and school-based research is vital to the formation of teachers’ cultural cooperation.In addition,teachers could learn from each other and learn independently through teachers’ participation in School-based Teaching Research.And this cooperative inquiry learning can also set a good example for students,which could promote students learn to cooperate with their classmates,and improve their learning initiative.Therefore,teachers’ cooperation culture enhances the meaning and value of the undertaking of School-based Teaching Research.This study is divided into four parts.The first part is the Introduction,which talks about the origins of this topic,the definition of some key concepts,the brief contents of this thesis and the research methods.The second part is about the aims and significance and therationale of this research.The next part takes NO.1 Middle School Affiliated to Central China Normal University as the research object,starting from its practice of the formation of Teachers’ Cooperative Culture which is promoted by School-based Teaching Research activities.By Questionnaires and Interviews,the author collects this school’s implementation of School-based Teaching Research and its methods promoting the formation of teachers’ cooperative culture.By Literature,the author gathers and analyzes the related literatures,which helps the writer find out the problems and reasons in this school’s teaching and research.The last part summarizes how to play the role of school-based teaching research in order to promote the formation of teachers’ cooperation and discusses the significance and value of teachers’ cooperative culture,especially to the school management. |
