Classroom discipline management is an important task of the teacher’s classroom management and discipline management experience is also an important part of teachers’ practical knowledge. Effective classroom management can not only create a harmonious relationship upper class and lower class, but also an effective way to promote the teaching capacity and professional development of novice teachers. is in a period of psychological development, High school students’ classroom discipline management is particularly important as their psychological diversity.The object of this paper is a novice teacher F that haunted by students’ disciplinary offense, using the method of non-participant observation and interviews to gather information, obtaining the management measures of F by dealing with different types of disciplinary offense. On this basis, combining with Cooperative Discipline, this paper obtains the problems and reasons of novice teachers on classroom discipline management. Finally, suggestions have been made for novice teacher. The main conclusion is as follows:The problems of F on discipline management: 1.Classroom disorder, poor management. 2.Management of arbitrariness, lack of skills. 3.Lack of appropriate incentives for students. The reasons: 1.Failed to take appropriate management measures based on student age and needs. 2.Lack of discipline management knowledge and experience. 3.Bad attitude and low cultivation of teacher. The suggestions are: 1.Know the age characteristics of student and concern the internal needs of students. 2.Take teacher training seriously, learn from outstanding teachers. 3.Establish the correct management philosophy, treat each student with a positive mood.
