The school culture is the tiny view environment that the teacher grows up, teacher's culture is the second culture of school culture, its influence to teacher' change is imperceptibly. It is an important factor of professional development of teachers. Numerous fulfillments and research express that isolated cultural of teachers disadvantage in the teacher's professional development, but the cooperative culture of teachers is very important to teachers' growth and development of school. Set up the cooperative culture of teachers and the modes of cooperation, that should become an important way of professional development of teachers.Cooperation makes an important role in each stage of professional development of teachers. It becomes a drive to this research. This article deals with the essence and mode characterization systematically. Point out further: The cooperation is a kind of principle, a kind of cultural forms. It is different from a teacher's reflection by one's own. That is a kind of new path of professional development of teachers. There are four mainly aspects about value represent in professional development of teachers. First of all, Initiate cooperation, promote a teacher to introspect in group would be advantageous to teachers with breaking the shortage of personal introspection. Provide. a support of culture and supporting point for the teacher's professional development making the teacher introspect a station on the wider terrace. Secondly, it would be favorable to sharing the knowledge which sets up teachers' dint mechanism, make the knowledge of tongueless can be felt, communicated, insided turn and spreaded to accept. The third, speak from the angle of psychology, it would be advantageous to satisfying the mental demand of the cooperation of the teachers with providing freedom of mental atmosphere. The fourth, the teacher's cooperation culture is advantageous to teacher's personal culture (teaching style) to set up. It is the teacher's professional mature performance. Therefore, construct the teacher's culture of cooperation is the urgent matter of the moment which promotes a teacher a professional development.At the argument of construction' necessity in teachers' eooperation, this research elaborates further to set up a teachers' realistic possibility and possibility of cooperating the cultural mechanism: The request of the traditional culture, ages of times develops, added with the teachers' expectation of cooperation and the cushion of existed modes, all in order to cooperating a cultural mechanism to set up a condition, because of establishing a kind of modes, set up a kind of cooperation mechanism, take in to promise from the system, then can make the teacher's cooperation fall in solid place. But, there have been many irregularities, investigating its deep reason to lie in: The competition is lacking a kind of mindset for opening; which emphasizes on evaluation without function; lacking a kind of valid direct guarantee of mechanism; They Can't share resources etc. All of this becomes initial problem when we construct a teacher to cooperate.Aim at these problems, the writer puts forward building up a kind of mode of cooperation for synthesizing: Take teacher as corpus of, initiating teacher and governor, parent, student, expert, teaching material to draw up etc. aggressive exchanges cooperation. At further change teacher's idea, set up fight cooperation consciousness, exaltation cooperation the ability establish school culture of being advantageous to the knowledge share in the meantime, carrying on criticizing to the existing mode of cooperation of inherit, draw lessons from experience that the teacher develops a school actively, making the teacher cooperate culture thus can become, cooperating a mechanism can set up, end urge a teacher a professional development can carry out.
