With computer and network information technology highly developed and the education teaching reform in our country today, the practice of the multimedia course-ware assisted instruction and research has attached more and more concern and attention. All large and medium-sized cities in our country have developed multimedia course-ware assisted instruction in the teaching of the course of middle school and research for many years.They have accumulated a lot of experience, developed a large number of outstanding course-ware and produced a large number of research results.However, there are big gap in the remote and backward area in our country about the research and practice because the student sources, teaching equipment, ideology and culture are different compared with the developed regions. So the practice of the new mode of multimedia course-ware assisted instruction research has regional characteristics, it is also the meaning and characteristics of this study.In this test the author selected two classes of the first middle school in siziwang banner of Inner Mongolia as the experimental class and took chemistry course as practical course. With the method of questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation to the school to understand the present situation and problems of multimedia course-ware assisted instruction chemistry course.Then make the practice plan, prepare the corresponding teaching content of the multimedia course-ware high chemical and take half of the semester's teaching practice. In the practice of the multimedia course-ware assisted instruction, regular includes unit test to detect students' academic performance and finally investigated students' learning and teaching effect in the form of a questionnaire.Based on test results and statistical analysis of the results of the survey,some preliminary conclusions of the multimedia course-ware auxiliary effectin chemistry teaching practice were known. First of all, most students like this combination of traditional teaching and multimedia teaching. It is considered that this kind of teaching methods can enhance the students' interest in learning chemistry and about half of the students is more like chemistry course than before. Secondly, it can improve the learning efficiency and most of the students in the classroom can achieve basic understanding master and memory of knowledge. It can be found that there is an obvious increase of the average grades in experimental class than that in comparative class after the multimedia auxiliary teaching experiment by the analysis of multiple test scores.Then conducted t-test analysis on the means by statistical software SPSS, results show that the two class grades have significant differences.
