In 2001, China promulgated the "full-time compulsory education mathematics curriculum standard" (experiment draft) (the "new standard"), which greatly increased the proportion of "statistics and probability", "number and algebra" and "space and figure" together "comprehensive and practical" as the four full plate through primary and secondary school mathematics teaching. In 2011 promulgated the "full-time compulsory education mathematics curriculum standard" (revised edition) for "statistics and probability" independent complete plate structure, and made great changes in a lot of content. With the change of new, published by people's education press,2013 (revised edition) to form a complete set of textbooks are changed accordingly.In view of the curriculum have changed, and the teaching material has changed this situation, this paper on the 2001 version of the new standard curriculum with the 2011 version of "statistics and probability" the requirements of the part has carried on the comparative analysis, is for the old and new version of "statistics and probability" part of the content is the comparative analysis, and analysis the present situation of the teachers and students, in order to study the teacher should from what respect to change, to reach 2011 version of the new standard for junior high school students knowledge and skills and the requirements of the emotional attitude, cultivate students ability to solve practical problems, and finally in the conclusion and the thinking part illuminates the problems found in the process of the study and puts forward some solution Suggestions.According to the result of teachers'questionnaires and interviews of teachers, it can be seen that most of the teachers are often attend unified organization or by the city zone of the new curriculum training, on the 2011 version of the new standard and new version of "statistics and probability" changes have a basic understanding of, and on the 2011 version of the new standard and new textbooks teaching material change a positive attitude. Especially the new version of the teaching material "statistics and probability" part of the contents of the design is more logical and clearer. Most of the teachers, especially old teachers, have change their teaching ideas, in the practical teaching from the mainly teaching gradually shift to the students' exploration, cooperation and exchange, hands-on practice, teachers to guide, correct the auxiliary teaching mode. Although most teachers can consciously in in the teaching of new concept, but the specific implementation still exist many difficulties, such as inadequate teaching class, conflict with the existing examination system, schools and parents only care about students' scores, etc. New curriculum reform is to reach the goal; there is still a long way to go.According to the result of student questionnaire survey and interviews on some students, it can be seen that most of the students think is currently using the new version of the teaching material feel pretty good, "statistics and probability" part of the textbook examples and exercises with moderate difficulty, can be a very good play the role of demonstration and practice. Along with the implementation of the new curriculum reform, teachers in the classroom teaching method is more and more diversified, more and more students prefer the classroom activities are rich and colorful rather than "cramming education". However, in the student questionnaire and interview, we also found some problems in the present study for middle school students:first, students' lack of life experience, application consciousness is weak. Second, students cannot be accurately grasping the mathematical thinking method.Hope that through this article research, to the junior middle school mathematics teachers understand the 2011 version of the new standard of high school at the beginning of period of "statistics and probability" put forward new requirements, so as to more deeply understand the new teaching material arrangement concept and intention, to make teachers in the teaching of this content to be able to design appropriate teaching target and teaching activities,2011 edition of new requirements.
