Today's society is changing to the digital age,information is becoming an indispensable part in our daily life.After the 21 st century,"Statistics and probability","numbers and Algebra","Space and Graphics",and "practice and Comprehensive Application" were written into " Mathematics Curricular Standards for full compulsory education(Trial Edition)”.For the first time,"Statistics and probability" became an important part of mathematics curriculum in nine-year compulsory education.In the current situation,It has the great realistic significance to study the teaching of "probability and Statistics".Now,the knowledge of probability and statistics were used in all kinds of industries,so it was necessary to train the middle school students to form the concept of statistics and the idea of randomness.This article used the questionnaire survey to investigate the junior high school students' study of probability and statistics,the key objects of the investigation were the junior high school students in grade nine.It analyzed the collated information to explore the difficulties of junior high school students in learning probability and statistics.For the difficulties,this article would take two sections of them as examples to carry on the teaching design.It would research the help and influence on learning probability and statistics.Finally,a conclusion was drawn and the constructive suggestions were put forward.
