As the population ages, aging issues appeared in China. How to make the later life of the elderly happy, is an important research topic. For Universities' retirees, On the one hand, they have a pension, have material security basis; On the other hand, they belong to the high-quality, specialty groups. They retired from the workplace, leading to changes in social roles, there will be some thought touch, They will have lost, sad, lonely, loneliness and other negative emotions. To this end, organize them to participate in various social activities, not only can continue to reflect the value of the University Retirees' life, also can enrich their life, access to social respect. Retired People of participation in social activities is not high in reality. So, it is necessary to propose appropriate countermeasures through social work intervention.This paper consists of an introduction, the main chapters, conclusion, reference composition. Introduction includes research background, significance, research status, research methods. The first chapter, the basic situation of S College retired at work are introduced, including development, sectoral structure, content and so on. The second chapter, make questionnaire about participation in social activities of S University Retirees, through the four typical cases of in-depth interviews, analysis of the plight of their participation in social activities encountered, evaluate methods of social work intervention. The third chapter, from the value advantage, organizational strengths, technology and other methods, describe the advantages and feasibility, about intervention of social work retirees to participate in social activities.Epilogue, I summary the main text of the paper, Through practical case studies, Analysis the feasibility of Social Work Intervention retirees to participate in social activities. Including our country concern the life of retired personnel, University Retirees have good attainment, the wealth of experience, a strong desire to participate and so on. This conclusion has some innovative, and have some practical value.
