The Research Of The Case Work Intervention On Social Adaptation Of The City Retirees

Retirement,for every worker is a major turning point in life.With the transformation of social roles,retirees have begun a new life.Then there will be quite a number of retirees in a very long period of time,no matter physical,psychological and behaviors are unable to adapt to the living environment and the interpersonal relationship change,resulting in a series of social adaptation problems,the elderly and health concerns,the change of role,the lack of family relationship and social participation.To solve these problems,as social workers,retirees to how to make an optimistic and positive attitude to face the problem,to rekindle the passion for life and fun,in addition to help them find a method outside of work to prove their value,enhance their ability to adapt to society is a question worth considering.To highlight the practical value of the social work profession,the author takes city Q in Hebei province public institution retires personnel Z as a case,mainly take action research method.By previous contact,establish professional relationship with service object,from the perspective of the system,Mr.Z has a series of social adaptation problems in the personal physical and mental level,family relationship and social participation.To solve these problems,the author used the psychological and social treatment mode and service object jointly formulated to solve the adaptive problem of its social service plan,to help clients improve living environment and adapt to the situation.The following conclusions are drawn from the study: Social adaptation is comprehensive,adapt to different aspects of the problem are intrinsically linked;using system perspective and the psychological and social treatment model to help city retirees to solve the social adaptation problem can be achieved good results;the social adaptation of city retires needs the support of family members;the establishment of a new social relationship is an important factor to solve the social adaptation of city retirees;a good community environment is an important resource to solve the city retirees social adaptation problem.
