| According to the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" for the development of human resources and social security,it is estimated that during the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan period,China will add 40 million retirees.With the increasing number of retirees in China,urban early retirees,as the preparatory group for the elderly,are far from enough to participate in the community,Many retirees have experienced acclimatization.After retirement,they can not effectively obtain community resources and participate in the community to achieve a rich and full retirement life.On the other hand,the management relationship between the community and the retirees is weak,and the community is unable to tap effective resources from the vast group of retirees to provide development for the community.Based on this,the author selected X Community of Hangzhou City as the research area to investigate and analyze the community participation of early retirees in this community.In the questionnaire survey of 53 community early retirees and interviews with many early retirees,it was found that early retirees faced many difficulties when participating in the community,mainly manifested in the lack of internal motivation for participation,the low participation rate,the relatively unfamiliar external community,and the single form of community participation.Based on the group work method,under the guidance of social support network system theory and social learning theory,this thesis conducted group work intervention on six early retirees in X community,and promoted the willingness and motivation of early retirees to participate in the community from the perspective of their emotion and interest link to the community.Through the satisfaction survey of six group activities and the comparison and change of the group members before and after,we can draw a conclusion that group work intervention has a practical role in improving the life perspective,resource integration and participation ability of early retirees.Finally,according to the results of this study,the author reflected on the theoretical and practical aspects of group involvement,and at the same time,the author believed that improving the willingness of community participation of urban early retirees could not only rely on the method of group work,but should be well publicized from the outside to form an atmosphere of community participation of urban retirees and increase the path of community participation of early retirees;The community pays attention to the social management of retirees through policy and professional support;Update community site resources and give full play to community subjectivity. |
