According to the new round of high school biology curriculum standard of high school, we have to improve biological science literacy of students, for all students, and pay attention to combine it with the real life,especially the development of students' innovation spirit and scientific inquiry ability on the basis of compulsory education. With the digital experiment system of sensor technology entering the biology laboratory in high school, it provides a modern tool for us to explore the experimental teaching. The author found that it is beneficial to change the way of the students' learning, encourage the students to participate actively and cultivate students' innovation ability and practice ability. At the same time, it has provided a kind of reference for the high school biology teachers.This paper makes a comparative study on the traditional experiment and digital experiment of the six exploratory experiments in the teaching of senior high school biology. The author conclude the following conclusions:1.The digital experiment can promote students' learning and improve students' ability of scientific inquiry, which is conducive to the overall development of students. 2. Compared with the traditional experiment,Digital experiment has the outstanding advantages that it has simpler procedures, shorter operation time, which leaves students more time to explore. What's more, experimental results, which are showed directly in the form of curves, can change the qualitative experiment to the quantitative experiment so that it can improve the accuracy of the experiment. Also, the experimental results could be repeated and we can make it possible that we complete an experiment in class, which is impossible in traditional experiment. 3 Compared with the traditional experiment, the digital experiment has obviously advantages. However, it can not replace thetraditional experiment completely. It can only be the optimization and supplement to the traditional experiment.According to the research results, the author puts forward some suggestions: 1. Teachers should make reasonable arrangements of the digital experiment and traditional experimental according to the students and the hardware of the school. 2. While teaching, we should make the traditional experiment as the carrier. Then, allow the students to learn to identify, study and solve problems on the bases of specific situations in life. Finally, make the students be accessible to knowledge and ability by means of digital experiment inquiry. 3 Design some teaching and complementary cases to meet the needs of digital experimental teaching and traditional experimental teaching and achieve the optimal rational use of teaching resources.
